      I use to have a monthly car wash membership with magic tunnel. I was being charged $19.99 a month for a two car plan. Magic Tunnel was bought out by Take 5 Car Wash. When this happened I was never notified and was charged $25.00 a month. I didnt notice this change of price in August nor did I go through the car wash that month. When I was charged $25.00 in September I went to the car wash to cancel my membership. I was told that I technically didnt have a plan with them. That I could either cancel or pay more for their new 1 car plan. I asked them to cancel my membership and I asked for a barcode to be able to use the car wash for the remainder of the month I paid for. They canceled my membership and told me they couldnt give me a barcode because I did have a plan even though I paid $25 for the month already. So I was charged $25 for nothing. I was charged another $25 this month (October) even though I already canceled my membership. I tried calling but no one ever answers or calls back.

      I visited the car wash 10/13/2023. I was having problems using my debit card. A manager came over to assist and scanned my card for unlimited subscription. I told him I didnt ask for that and needed it cancelled. He said he was unable to do that the same day but would the next day. I had to request my receipt and when I looked the car wasnt mine. My car is a Sentra and he had it listed on the receipt as a ****** Camry. I asked him again if he was going to cancel and he said he would. I asked for a customer service number and he said he didnt have one. FP 12482+438810. Sale # ***********. Advisor was #***. He didnt ask my name, my cell number or my email. He was ******* me through.

      This car wash signed me up for a membership I was not informed about. I am assuming they had a promotion going but, failed to inform me that they were putting me in a membership program and the at the end of the month they cancelled the membership but charged by bank account a fee of $33.99. this all happened in the month of October 2023. I have tried contacting the customer **** center at the number they gave me at the car wash to get a refund but can not get any touch with anyone. I was referred to a link to fill out a form regarding the matter but no one responded to the email and they continually refer you to they same information you have already provided that you get no response from anyone. I am going to contact my bank about this but, the public needs to know how they get them to sign up for a special for the month but, unknowingly they enter you into a membership program charge you extra at the end of the month for a membership you didn't know you were in and then you can't contact anyone to get your money back.

      On 7/24/2023, I visited the car wash location on ************. in ******** *********; #***. The rear wiper arm got caught in one of the washing machines and was damaged. I advised the attendant there at the time, who stated that " we don't do anything to protect them" (rear wiper blades), and gave me the number to customer service. Contacted customer service number and spoke to **** who took my information, but stated I needed to talk with the location manager to file an incident report. On 7/26/2023, spoke to ******* who took my information and took photos of the damaged wiper blade. He stated that he would file the needed report and I'd likely hear something in about 2-3 weeks.Today is 11/9/2023, and there has not been any response to my repeated attempts to contact customer service and the local site manager to find out the status of my incident. I had the arm replaced, $157.00 and gave a copy of the receipt from this repair to ******* at the ********, *** location.Seeking reimbursement from this damaged sustained at a Take 5 Car Wash. I feel the lack of any response from anyone affiliated with Take 5 Car Wash is shows that despite messages that they want customers to be happy, nothing is done to prove that.Attached is documentation of my attempts to resolve this issue without any success.

      November 1, 2023 I utilized the carwash in an attempt to clean egg from the night before off of my vehicle. The carwash caused over $**** worth of damage to the rear hatch of my vehicle. Tearing the top spoiler and the third break light off completely. It was shown to the staff who had me fill out an accident report with the instructions to obtain two quotes before the company "may" pay for it. The staff on duty made clear their disdain for the current management under Take 5 and that they doubted they would pay out anything. I returned the following day with the 2 quotes, one over **** and the second over ****. The staff on duty attempted to have me sign a release form, releasing the company from liability, which I refused stating I'd sign it after they paid for repairs. They stated I would hear back within 2 business days. After 3 business days I attempted to reach out via email, the only means I could find to contact customer support, which I have still not received a reply from. They have not declined to cover the repairs, they just haven't communicated at all and I feel I'm being ignored in the hopes I just go away. I'm now covering the repairs myself and giving them a few more weeks before filing in civil court to recoup my losses.

      I have been sick for several months and wasnt allow to drive car my carwash memenership was Renew without me knowing also I havent use the carwash since Jan they will not get me a refund back just a one month I want my money back

      Sorry to hear you were sick. We operate within the Terms and Conditions of the membership agreement. We would have been happy to cancel at any time with proper notification and non-use does not constitute a reason for refund, as with any subscription service. We did refund a courtesy of one month and cancelled your membership.

      On July 14, 2023 my wife went through the car wash on ***************************************************************. The attendant working the car wash made a mistake that caused damage to our vehicle. We got the quote estimate for the car sent it in and were told we would have a check in the mail for the estimated amount within 3-6 weeks. The team at this location is very unprofessional and have been no communicating with my wife and I. We have emails dating from the time of the incident til now November 8th, 2023 with myself, my wife, the assistant manager and the general manager. It has been 16 Weeks and 5 Days with hardly any responses from their team. The assistant manager may have thought he was being funny but when my wife and I requested other contact information he gave us a number to call and stated they could help us out, my wife called and it was a Spanish only speaking Toenail fungus removal line. There has been absolutely no movement for 16 weeks and theyre story keeps changing. They will not provide direct a direct point of contact for their corporate team nor their claims team. This entire experience has been very unprofessional and very infuriating. The story keeps changing and then they ghost us for extended periods of timeWe are still owed the $5k+ for the damages on our car but they are dragging their feet. Stating 3-6 weeks and actually waiting 7-8 is one thing. But quoting 3-6 weeks and being near week 17 is absolutely ridiculous. Attached is the claim that was sent in and should have been processed by now as they said they were mailing it out sometime in August.

      I have been attempting to cancel membership since August 2023. The phone number provided to my credit card company is not in working order and I am unable to find a corporate number that allows one to be connected to a customer service representative. I have requested my bank to deny the last 3 months recurring charge and I was charged again just yesterday. I changed my credit card number and unfortunately all recurring charges simply roll over to new card. ***** is unable to block the recurring charge. I do not have my membership number as I have sold the car so no longer have access to the sticker provided when the company was under ******

      Use the car wash on Sunday, half wash both of my vehicles. Ask the manager on duty for a refund. He said to go through the wash again. No I would like my money back. He was the asst *** and didnt know what to do. Went back on Monday to talk to the ***. He gave me a email address to contact still no response. I would like my $42 back that I spent on two cars. You all need to train your staff better on customer relations. You are taking people hard earned money for a half wash.

      05/21/2023 I had an unlimited car wash pass from the prior owners, and after take five car wash, took over very shortly I had noticed light scratches on my car and my mirrors getting pushed in from their machinery and another time I came through it ripped off my mirror cover I have a signed affidavit that they would correct this I went and had an estimate done gave it to them and they told me for the last several months that things would be taken care of by next, Monday! nothing has ever been accomplished, and they will not answer the phone. The only thing I can do is go into their business physically, or take them to court.
