      On this past Saturday I was getting my truck washed when the track stopped moving and the water stopped pumping, the brushes continued to brush my truck resulting in thousands of scratches down the side of my truck. I pulled out of the car wash and showed the damage to an attendant. She took pictures and took a report and told me I would be gotten ahold of the following Monday. No one has called,emailed me and or will answer the phone. I talked to the manager and she said she didn't know what to tell me because she doesn't handle issues like this.

      I have informed ********************* that his claim has been submitted. We have a third party who investigate the claim and contact the customer. This process can take up to a few weeks. After the initial report and pictures taken by onsite management and it is submitted the site no longer has contact with the customer. I have already informed *** about this on Thursday October 26th at 9:46 am.

      Take 5 Car Wash signed me up for a membership without my knowledge. They have been charging my account $39.99 for the last three months. I called in early July for a refund and haven't received a follow up. Nobody answers their customer service numbers. This seems to be a recurring theme from the ****** reviews.

      Ive been waiting for a response since March of this year concerning damage to my car from Take 5 Car Wash, ********, *******. Based on information obtained from *************************, the current manager at the car wash, on March 23, 2023, at 5:25 PM I went through the wash, they have tape. As a matter of habit Id usually fill up at the gas station across the street and dry the windows. As usual I was drying my windows when I noticed that the trim on the right windshield pillar was damaged. It was immediately noticeable, and I knew there was no damage there before. The trim was pulled away from the vehicle and was obviously due to being pulled loose by the brushes. I went back to the car wash and explained what I discovered. The manager at the time took photos of the damage and filled out the paperwork to send in. After not hearing anything for months I stopped back at the car wash. The Manager told me he had not heard anything from Corporate. So, I began checking back in periodically. I was not washing my vehicle regularly because of the damage. I was concerned, and still am, that the loose trim could be ripped completely from my vehicle causing even worse damage. This continued throughout the summer as I waited to hear from Corporate.Recently when I stopped in I was informed by ************************* that the previous manager didnt work there anymore and did not fill out the paperwork correctly, which resulted in my claim being denied. ****** stated that the denial letter was in the bottom of the stack of backlogged paperwork he had inherited. He was polite and apologetic. Having no other information to go on, he took pics and again sent in paperwork. When I stopped in I was told that my claim had again been denied, this time by **************, a 3rd party claim service. On October 11, 2023, I received a letter from **************, Re: Claim #*******, Driven Brand Take 5, that claimed they had no responsibility for the liability, thereby denying my claim.

      I went to Take5 to get my car washed on 9/2. The attendant told me that for the price I paid on 9/2 ($24.99), that I will get free car washes for the month. On 10/2, Take5 charged my credit card $39.99. I tried to call the company several times, each time no one was available to answer. Each time an automated system said I would receive a link to customer care via text. Each time, I did not receive the link. I went to my local Take5 on 10/25. They said I shouldn't have been charged and there is nothing they can do to help get me through to customer service on the phone. It is now 11/2 and I was once again charged $39.99. I would like my money back from these charges, $79.98.

      On Nov 1, 2023, I purchased an Unlimited Triple Clean car wash package on the Take5.com website, monthly cost $29.99. After completing the online form including credit card, a screen appeared with a barcode and a Temporary Customer Code *************. No instructions but since I have done similar transactions with other car wash facilities, I printed the screen with the bar code. I later drove to the Take 5 facility on *****************, presented the bar code to the Take 5 employee who was at the automatic entrance gate. I thought that it was strange that two employees were staffing the automatic gate where a bar code reader was used to raise the entrance arm into the car wash lane but thankful since I was able to present my newly printed sheet with the bar code provided. I was informed that the bar code didnt work when she tried to scan it. She then explained that the online site does not talk to their computer system at either of the *********** facilities. I was told that I needed to cancel my subscription and go into the office at this facility to have them do the subscription from scratch. I had already paid $29.99 for this monthly subscription and asked if that would be applied no. I was told to contact their **************** number *************). Calling the customer service number, there are only two options send text to the same number to get a link to manage your pass (don't have it yet), or go to Take5.com for Customer Support. On the website, only viable option is Contact Us and the fill in form. I completed the form, explained the situation and asked for a refund so that I could go back to the local facility to once again purchase the same subscription in person. Round and Round. To date, I have not received an email with instructions on how to get a barcode sticker that goes on the windshield, nor a refund. I only ask for a refund to my credit card so that I can go to the local facility to do this transaction manually and in person.

      I have 2 monthly memberships at $39.95 each. Today I noticed that I have been charged 3-4 times a month for each of these memberships. When I went by the car wash to try and find a solution to the problem, nobody was able to help me. They barely were able to locate my membership in the system. I had to cancel both my memberships just to hopefully stop the overcharge.

      I canceled my membership to ( Take 5 unlimited / Goo ******************** on October 16, which was 7 days before next billing cycle just as terms state. However on October 23rd an unauthorized payment was withdrawn from my account, I also spoke to them on October 30th and they yet to send me cancel confirmation email, although I request for it numerous of times. please rectify this and contact me through email or phone at ************. The ( **** # ) *********. After speaking to a representative for the third time but never receiving confirmation email of cancellation I was given a ticket # *******.

      On October 22nd, 2023 around 1:00pm EST, I took my new car to the Take 5 Car Wash located at ************************************************. Before paying for services and entering the car wash, I spoke at length with the assistant manager to ensure that my vehicle (with a new roof rack) would go through the car was without issue. The assistant manager assured me that my vehicle would be fine and that there would be no issue. Halfway through the car wash, a faulty machine ripped the entire rack off of my vehicle, damaging and destroying the roof rack, as well as damaging the top and back of my new vehicle (2018 ****** Forester VIN #: *****************).As one of the most important pieces of this story, after I exited the car wash, the assistant manager told me that there was a ticket in place with corporate to fix the faulty piece of machinery that destroyed my property and damaged my vehicle. I am alleging that the damage done to my vehicle was done so based off of negligence of the company to send vehicles through the car was while knowing the there was a faulty machine. I filed an insurance claim with Take 5 Car Wash on October 22nd, but have not had any communication with corporate. I have tried emailing, calling, and going back to the local car wash, but have have no luck getting anywhere with this claim.

      Had two monthly subscriptions. Moved out of area and found another car wash that was cheaper. Canceled both subscriptions at the same time. One was canceled but the other continues to charge my card. Have gotten no response from company when I try to call.
