      I have been requesting for 4 months to cancel my membership, but they continued to charge my account. After all these ignored requests, I called several **** until I was finally able to speak with a person. They refunded the most recent charge, but not the charges for the other 3 months. I want all my money refunded to me, & do not want to speak to another person who does not have the authority to help me.

      I had two memberships to their car wash. In august I was told they were no longer valid at our ********** and would be cancelled. The tags for the subscription were taken by the business. I was given a new tag. When my bank account document came I was charged for three memberships. I called and emailed to cancel all of them. I was told they were all cancelled by the corporate representative. I was then charged four times in September and now have two more charges in October. They do not respond to their text line and getting anyone on the phone is nearly impossible. You cannot cancel online using their online cancel form. The $255.00 below is what they have charged to my card in Sept/October after I cancelled.

      We moved down in June. I visited take ************* one. The kid said sign up for the monthly pass to help us out. Its easy to cancel and todays wash will be free! So I did and I e tried to cancel I wrote an email and called and left a voicemail to cancel. I thought it was cancelled out. My wife had me check a charge and I have now been charged $39.99 for three months!!! I have tried calling to talk with someone. I have sent chat messages and also email with no resolution. I am getting highly upset.

      Bought a month car wash in September. I Was told by the attendant that it would not auto renew and I would have to come in to renew. I verified this with him multiple times. Fast forward to this month and it auto renewed and charged my card. I decided not to renew because the car wash isnt very good. I have called the local branch and no one ever answers or calls back after leaving a voicemail.I have also contacted customer care on their website and still has not been resolved after weeks.

      I had a membership with a car wash called Coast. I had canceled my membership with the car wash Coast in June, which was already bought out by 'Take5CarWash'. Despite the cancellation, they kept billing me. My fiancs mom went in to see what was up and they said I need to email them and fill out the contact form which I did. They even put that in writing and signed it. However, I got no response for about a month now. They've since taken $31.49 every month since June ($157.45) from me, and I had to cancel my card and spend hours setting up a new one. I dont have any proof of my first cancellation in June but me and my fianc did go in to cancel and I filled out a sheet to cancel (so they should have that sheet). Is there anything I can do?Please note this was all in 2023.

      I cancelled my monthly membership and started a new one. They charged me for both memberships. No one will respond to emails or answer the phone. They kids that work there say they can't issue any refunds. I have proof on my banking app that I was charged on Monday and again today (Wednesday) for the amount of $73.99.

      Back in March of this year ******************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************* so both my car in that car was damaged. The employee took a report and told me to get two estimates which I did. I brought them back after making probably a dozen phone calls and leaving message. She then told me to come in and sign some papers and it was being forwarded it to the office. She had me to come in a second time. Her name was ****** and sign another paper. She then said the tablet be sent to the body shop of my choice. She told the body shop they should be receiving the check anytime and then she told him it mustve got lost in the mail that she would have it re-issued. Needless to say they never received that check when I ask for a higher up phone number she says she is not allowed to give that number out, and would not give us one the body shop or myself, I do have receipts where I had to pay for it myself to get my car fixed. I would like to have my money back as promised, and it is owed to me.

      I purchased a car wash monthly subscription and used it the same day. When we went through the wash, an employee came out and noticed damage the wash had done to my cars paint. He had us go through the wash a second time to see if it would wash the corrosives they used off of the car, and it did not. He did not give me any instructions on how to submit a request for a damage claim, and instead insisted that his manager would reach out to us regarding the incident. The manager never did. A week after the incident, I returned to inquire the status of the claim, and was informed that management for the company was having problems and was therefore unable to be contacted. At that time I requested my monthly membership fees to be canceled and refunded. They agreed, however I was neither refunded nor had the recurring bill canceled. It was taken out of my bank account again the following month, to which I went back into the store and was told this time that the management had either been fired or had quit, and that were was no management available. I was directed to their corporate website for the first time but was prevented from filling out a damage claim or speaking with anyone in the company. Another month passed and I was billed a third time for the subscription that still had not been canceled, despite being told it had been. This time I spoke with a ***************************, who I was led to believe was a regional manager who didnt cover that area because he had to fill the vacancy left by the manager who used to run this location. *************** assured me he would have my membership canceled and refunded. Again, neither of those things have happened. I lost a lot of money on the value of my car due to the damage done to the paint, and they still are refusing to even stop billing me each month. To this day there is no person who claims responsibility for this business, nor any way to contact the company that Im aware of.

      Good afternoon, *************** to BBB complaint 20771758.

      ************ is stating he had paint damage on his vehicle. He said that the paint had spots that seemed to be imbedded in the paint. I have been with this company for 6 years and have seen many thousands of cars washed and have never seen this type damage. Our chemicals are non- corrosive and do not damage paint, They are specifically made to be compatible with auto paint. As a matter of fact they help the paint look lustrous and help seal the paint.  We did not see the vehicle going into the wash, on cameras because of limited memory or have any pictures of the supposed damage to prove it happened in our wash. It is unfortunate that he has experience damage to his vehicle but we have no proof it happened in our wash. We supplied the Site Manager email address and the wash email address for contact. There never was a damage claim filed by any of our personnel or ************. We cancelled his membership and refunded the amount due back to hm, so he did not suffer that monetary hardship of paying for a membership he was not using.

      In September I visited the Take 5 Car Wash located at ****************************************************************** and I was told that I could get one month of car washes for $25. I was not informed that this would be a recurring fee and was under the assumption it was a one time fee for the one month.I do not want to have a membership to this car wash. I have now been charged an additional $39.99. I would like to cancel and be refunded this amount as I have no intention of using this service. I feel like I was misled and tricked into signing up for a membership that I didn't want in the first place. Not only was it a surprise that it was a recurring fee, it also increased from $25 to $39.99. The one time customer service answered the phone, they said someone would reach out. It has since been a week and I have called and emailed this company several times to follow up and not received any response. They don't pick up the phone, I have left voicemails, I've texted, filled out forms for membership cancellation, sent e-mails, all with no response from customer service.
