      Take 5 Car Wash PREDATORY CREDIT CARD SCAMMERS...was told by employer at payment station, was told we could get 5 washes for the price of one within 30 days, we agreed....finding out they put us on a repeat billing. Can not get taken off, have to cancel credit card because of there predatory billing. Buyer beware....... They wrote back from one of my reviews saying you need to call this number, that number was a machine and could not talk to anyone.... Then said if we didn't have the number of sticker we tore off, they can't help us and will continue to charge card....

      Very disappointed in the customer service with this company. I had an ongoing membership with a monthly fee of ***** per month. For 3 months, the company took the monthly amount out of my bank account on a weekly basis. (*****) per month. I reached out to the companies customer service line on numerous occasions, the told me they would get back with me. They never did. I also went to the local location and was told a manager would contact me, that never happened. finally got reimbursed ***** which was not the correct amount and still no call back explaining the issue. I then cancelled my membership and three weeks in, they are still deducting. I had to call my bank to put a stop payment on take five, which cost me an additional ***** through my bank. Totally unacceptable the way this company does business.

      Everyone in *********** read this before you go."***** (Car Wash Customer Care)May 30, 2025, ******* MDT Hi ***** Unfortunately, annual and 6-month passes, wash books and gift cards are one-time, non-refundable, purchases. Therefore, we cannot refund ******* the time of purchase, the time frame of a 12- or 6- month pass was known and they are ********************** cards and wash books may be given to others to use."Dont use this company at all! They dont have a telephone number to talk with anyone. You have to submit everything online. *********** you dont want to deal with this company. I signed up this morning and the wash and employees are sub-par. I asked for a refund and they cant do that in house even though they are going to take my money for the next six months. And now I get this email stating they will continue to take my money. Scam!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

      Same complaint as many others. Unknown to me I was signed up for a membership one day when I went there for a car wash. I did not receive any sort of communication from them that I had a membership. One day I noticed a string of unauthorized monthly charges on my CC account and have not received a response from them. This seems to be their business model. I had been using their car wash for years but never again.

      I have multiple vehicles I pay for every month and for 1-2 weeks each month my access is denied because it claims I have used it too many times. It was okay the first 3 months this happened but it is starting to get ridiculous. Please correct this error, it is super inconvenient when there is a long line of vehicles waiting to enter the car wash.

      FALSE REPRESENTATION - Went to the Take 5 car wash in ******************* in January 2025. I was told of a "special" where if you purchased a car wash you could get "free" car washes for a full month. I agreed because it was "free". I noticed in March they charged my cr. card $16.00. Looked back and my card had also been charged $16.00 in February. I contacted my credit card company to file a dispute. Just received my April credit card billing and again I am being charged $16.00. I was finally able to reach their corporate office customer service. They are supposed to be cancelling my "subscription" but couldn't guarantee that I would be reimbursed for the charges they put on my card. Couldn't get a cancellation number from them. Was told to wait to hear back from them in an email. I guess I will see if they respond. I am going to contact my credit card again.

      My issue looks familiar with others. My credit card had an unauthorized charge from them. I only go there occasionally and never signed up for the membership. Had to contact my cc company to file a dispute. They said my card was on file with them which I did not authorize. I did contact ***** to remove my cc information but have not heard back. Be sure to check your cc for unauthorized charges from them.

      UNHAPPY CUSTOMER!Take 5 Carwash ********************************************************************. One lane is always down, causing long waits. Processing new memberships takes ***** minutes, further delaying the line into the street!2. Monthly members get frustrated waiting due to slow service and new member sign-ups.3. Frequent accidents occur inside the wash due to cars being too close, and mechanical errors shutting down operations for hours.4. Soap is often left on my vehicle. 5. Attendant error or mechanical error led to a near-accident, and a manager promised a review, but I never received a follow-up. (They push the cars too close together) 6. No way to contact the location or corporateonly an automated message.7. No response regarding vehicle damage caused by faulty equipment.8. Vacuums and air sprayers are often unreliable.9. Car wash knocks side mirrors back consistently.10. Microfiber rags are always damp and ineffective for drying.11. Nice employees who seem to be trying their best with little control over the issues constantly coming up. This business needs serious improvements! With the money they collect, it should be an asset to the neighborhood, not a constant frustration!

      Fraudulent business! We went for a car wash a few months ago and always select the $11 option. An attendant told me that option was not available, so I selected $17. This signed us up for monthly charges, and we had no idea. How does it make sense that only the more expensive option was available? Distracted mom here obviously.
