  They will damage your car and not fix it! Like many others in the reviews here, I had my car damaged by their machine: One of their washing mechanisms hit my windshield and cracked it. I reported it to one of the workers who called his boss and told me they werent liable. No apology or offer to make it right from management. Be warned!

  Deceptive business practice and extremely poor to nonexistent customer service! Automatically signed me up for a monthly membership when I went for a single car wash. My credit card was billed automatically. No response to multiple phone calls and internet contact via provided links. Had to cancel the automatic ******** through the credit card company.BEWARE this car wash if you do not need a membership. If you do get a membership - it's going to be very hard to cancel!

  The worst car wash ever. They never vacuumed the back area. Never vacuumed or wiped out.cup holders.
  I wish I could send pictures.
  The staff said sorry.
  Yes it is really sorry.
  Never again and I will tell everyone how sorry they are

  Misled membership...told one month..increased amount and charged card the next month without approval. Have been since May 5 trying to get refund. Difficulty in talking with anyone. Now say only two ways refund...direct deposit bank account ( said this best way and wanted account number and info) or mail check which takes four to six weeks. We'll see if check arrives by mail. Made two trips to local office only to receive phone number to request refund.

  I would give 0 stars if it were possible. My vehicle was damaged In the ****, **** Take 5 Car Wash in December. I have a film of the incident which they agreed was their fault. I also have an email that confirms their commitment to pay for the damages. I was told to provide them with an estimate for the repair of the damage, which I did. Five months later, after being told that the check was mailed to the vendor, told that it takes 4 weeks for mail to arrive from *******, and the vendor indicating that this is a common situation when dealing with this business, my car is still not repaired. Because I asked the manager, who refuses to provide me with the contact information of his supervisor, if I needed to hire an attorney or take them to small claims court, not he refuses to talk to me and hangs up on me when I call.This is the worst business experience that I have ever had and it is so frustrating. I do not know how they stay in business.

  They recently bought ********************* where I had a membership. My membership with ****** was $48 a month and their price was $39.00 yet they continued to charge me at $48.00. Theyre absolutely unethical in their business practices.

  Franks is one of the best spots in orangeburg to get a quick wash and vacuum for a good price. Customer service is always on point from the cashier Daniesha and the rest of the crew always get me right front and back

  I have been trying to cancel my membership for 1.5 months, they have not gotten back to me after multiple attempts to contact them to resolve my dispute in a reasonable way. This is not the first challenge I have had with them, do not subscribe to their monthly car wash services unless you plan on never cancelling.

  I will never use this car wash again! The people are very rude had a hitch on the back of my truck after I paid $20 for a wash I was told to take the hitch off, didn't have to be right key so my truck went thru with no wash now has soap all over it. Then went to the vacuum got out of the truck already pissed to find out the vacuum isn't working gurr!!

  Ever since the car wash switched ownership it constantly has problems. First of all they cut the hours that it is open. They close early for winter, they are closed for repairs a lot. They are closed for inclement weather (3 days after the actual weather event). They close early on New Years Eve. I work nights and I struggle to get there when they are open. They are closed on my way to work and on my way home now. Even when you go through the wash you never know if it is going to work or not. I have had to back out and leave because it quit working multiple times. I used to love the car wash and went often. Now it is a joke it is always a toss up whether I can get my car washed or not when I go through town. Just really disappointed in the new ownership.
