      I went to wash my car at the Take 5 in Zachary Louisiana and the first time I was attempting to go through the washing process for some very odd reason it just stopped right in the middle of washing it so I’m sitting there not knowing what to do because the car behind me was also already in the ( I’ll call it the washing capsule) so I made the decision to just drive out. I went back around and told the manager what happened blah blah blah and he tells me to just go again.. K! Went through again and went on my little happy way. Got home, got out of my car, and what did I see or in this case didn’t see? The long black molding that goes directly next to my sunroof. to hold it in place. ??. My car is a 2017 it only has 30,000 miles on it so I jump my happy little self back in the car and go straight back to let them know. I filled out the claim forms they asked me to get 2 quotes and 2 W-9’s I did. They lost the first forms I filled out and the second and had trouble finding the third set and the quotes I had provided and was fixing to tell me that “ I” needed to go back and get some more quotes since they thought they had lost them. That’s been over 3-4 months now and I still haven’t heard a thing about my car getting repaired. Oh one last thing. I called the number they gave me the first time I went there and when I called it I asked if this was Take 5 car wash and he said no. Then called me back later and said that he was the Take 5 manager!!!!!!!

      Car wash damaged my new truck and the manager will not call me back. Have tried several times a day and cannot get the manager on the phone. My next step is to have them served so they will pick up the phone and have a discussion about the damage one of their employees openly admitted that the car wash caused.

      I have used the Franks on Forest Drive for years. The long-time owners recently sold the business, I have tried the business under the new owners twice and will not go back or recommend it. They left the windows smudged and streaked, They also did not lift the front or back wipers to clean the glass under them so that remained dirty, In my mind a formerly good business turned bad.

      After canceling my recurring autopay membership in June 2022, I have now been charged for the 4th month in a row. After numerous attempts to get this issue resolved (July, August, September) was told by Alec by text that he would personally make sure this was taken care of and no further charges would be made to my canceled account. What a joke. I was charged again for October. I finally have canceled my credit card so no further fraudulent charges can be made any longer. My car was damaged using the car wash and would no longer use the facility/service again. I would not recommend this business/service. BEWARE!

      On 09-16-2022, I went there for a $20 car wash, which included ********** on tires. They gladly took the money after informing g them I wanted the $20 service. I did not get the full service, because my tires did not have the shine applied. La, an African American lady stated, "Our tire shine shipment did not come in and it's not our fault." They would not issue a courtesy free tire shine for the future; they would not refund $8.00. They are taking money, but not delivering in what is paid for. This happened 2 other times I was there. This is a pattern of taking money, but not providing what they are advertising, which is FRAUD! They should be investigated. Someone from the the TN Department of Commerce ams Insurance should investigate them. They are under new management and should be shut down.

      AVOID THESE CROOKS unless you want to throw away money fixing your DAMAGED CAR! These people knowingly operate a malfunctioning car wash which caused a 3 car collision inside the car wash. Mine was in the middle so it was the worst damaged ($4000 worth of damage to be exact)! This was NOVEMBER 2021 and I have had to fight every month to get anything resolved. As of JULY 2022 my car STILL isn't fixed! Read the reviews this happens frequently at this car wash! Support a local business Not ***** car wash AKA TAKE 5 car wash. I will not stop until my car is completely repaired! These people are sick & liars and have no intention of making this right. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED... AVOID.
