      If you go to Take 5 Car Wash, DO NOT give them your credit card or debit card. They sign you up for a membership and it is impossible to cancel. I now see why they do not have a customer service phone number; they would be inundated with calls. When I broached the manager about being charged and unable to cancel a membership that I didn't know I had, he informed me that they have had many complaints. Buyer be ware. I had to go to the bank to cancel my card as there was no other alternative.

      This company did not inform me that i signing up for a monthly subscription, did not provide me with the appropriate information to cancel my subscription, and when I talked with the manager, he said he would cancel the subscription - which he did not do. Three months later, i was given the link for the online form to cancel the subscription.

      We were told car wash club would NOT be a reoccurring payment, so thought it was a one month thing. We were scammed. Apparently company teaches their employees to **** also. To cancel, they require you to register online all of your information and go through many steps. Their so called customer service number is a recording that directs you back to same website to cancel. People that gave all their info and jumped through the hoops to cancel, said company kept charging their card. Ridiculous. I had to handle it through my credit card company. No wonder the same car wash keeps changing names and multiplying. They are stealing money.

      Never signed up for a membership or gave permission to charge my card. They continue to charge me monthly. After trying to correct this with customer service for 2 months to get this resolved they still charge my card? This practice cannot be legal?

      I signed up for a monthly subscription to their car wash service and they charged me for two memberships (but only gave me one RFID sticker). When I cancelled using their website, they have still continued to charge me for the second account, which I have no Member # for. I have contacted them via their website three times and they continue to charge me and have not returned any communication. There is no phone number to reach them at. I am refuting their charges on my credit card at this point, but I would AVOID using this place or subscribing.

      ABSOLUTE RIP OFF! Services NOT provided by mechanics of the carwash being broken ALL THE TIME while consumer PAY for the services! No response from customer service or manager or corporate headquarters. ABSOLUTE DISGUSTING! There are ****** MORE efficient competition on every corner! DO NOT PROCEED with ANY SERVICES at this place!

      Zero stars!!! Beware! I have been a member of this car wash for several years. When it first opened, the car wash was outstanding and did an excellent job. Over the past year, the experience has increasingly gone downhill. The car wash is only open about 75% of the time and is often down due to "maintenance". The tire shine rollers were broken for months and only recently were repaired.On 1/9/25 I visited this car wash and it was extremely busy due to a ton of snow in the area recently. The line was all the way out to the street. When I go in, I always try to leave extra space between my car and the car in front of me. On this day, a full size Bronco was behind me in the car wash very close, but I didn't think much of it. When I got to the tire shine part of the car wash, it somewhat caused my car (which was in neutral, with my hands off the wheel as instructed) to pause, presumably because the rollers were a little tight as my car went through. As soon as this happened, the car behind me blew their horn and hit the back of my car. Our cars are on a conveyor belt on both sides, this should NOT have happened and occurred due to the equipment not being spec'Ed as it should, and the car wash DID NOT stop when the car behind me hit me. I filed a claim onsite the same day, and the employees told me I should hear back in a week. I followed up with the Corporate Take 5 (because I received no communication from anyone regarding this), and received no reply from corporate. Beware of this car wash and their lack of decent business practices. Lots of other, more ethical businesses in the area. I will continue to try to recoup my losses.

      i went thru the car wash on 12/23. they charged my card for my car and the one behind me. i have contacted them several times and gave them all the info requested on the website I just rec'd an email from them today and now they want Name on the account?RFID # that is on your windshield? If you have multiple, please list them.Amount and date of purchase or most recent bill?Copies of credit card or bank statement?FIRST FIVE AND LAST FOUR of the credit or debit card on the account?hmmm. i believe they want to make this SO DIFFICULT that i can't get the extra $22 they charged me on 12/23. keep in mind. I FOUND THIS MISTAKE on my credit card. they haven't done anything i asked of them. i will not be giving them a copy of my bank stmt, etc. this is THEIR mistake.

      ************. In between hurricanes ****** and ****** I needed 1 car wash while traveling. I explained to the man that I only wanted 1 car wash. He billed me for a monthly service that is impossible to cancel. 3 months later they are still charging my Amex. Every month I file a dispute with **** and they refund my card. As soon as I stop traveling I will request a new card and number. ************.
