      If I can leave zero stars, I would have they try to contact customer service for three days. I cannot get in contact with anybody the car wash your car. It comes out dirtier than it did in. I would like a refund, but obviously Im gonna get no one text me back. This is the worst customer service Ive ever failed 43 years old no say whatever to get your money and then when they have it, they dont wanna contact you back that is crazy that with you I would stay far away and I wish I wouldve looked at the 2.5 stars they had before I went in there because I would never would have

      I've had the wash pass for over a year now, just recently my vehicle was damaged by the carwash. Deep scratches horizontal down the sides of my truck. I spoke to the manager who seemed truly concerned, somewhat shocked and admitted that "those are from the carwash" so I submitted a damage claim with photos and all my info. I never heard back from them. I stopped back in and spoke to the manager again who redid the damage claim, he said they have no control over anything, they have no email or phone number to give me for contact info. All they can do is send it to corporate and they don't even know who corporate is. I spend my hard earned money on a nice vehicle and spend more money on a carwash to keep it looking nice, just for the wash to damage it and this mysterious corporate nobody to ever contact me. I have heard nothing but bad things as I'm looking more into the take5 carwash, even a local radio show that's top 5 in the country has been talking about how it's a scam that they sign you up for the membership when you don't ask for it, and you can't cancel. I had nothing but good things to say about this place and I even got friends to sign up for the unlimited pass, but until this is made right I will be sharing photos of the damage and telling everyone to beware and stay away!

      I was scheduled for an interview on October ******* at 3pm I get there at 10 minutes early talk to a assistant manager name ***** ** calls his manager ***** says you have a **** ****** here for an interview for 3pm hes early so ***** says can you come in tomorrow at 10am. So again I show up and the employee calls his manager which is ***** again gets postponed for Monday October 28 same time. I am gonna show up Monday but if the manager again postpones the interview again they arent very professional and doesnt want to hire. Just remember I received a text message from Take 5 Defiance Ohio saying they found my resume in there data base and I was interested for part time position. How can they get away with this postponing my interview twice. Is this legal. Can this be looked into ~ **** ******

      I had a terrible experience at this car wash, and I can't recommend them at all. They signed me up for a monthly membership at $39.99 without my knowledge or consent! I only found out when I noticed the charges on my account.After realizing what had happened, I called multiple times to request a cancellation and a refund. It's been a year and a half, and they continue to charge me every month despite my repeated requests to stop. Their customer service is unresponsive, and I feel completely ignored.This kind of unethical business practice is unacceptable. If youre considering this car wash, think again. You might end up stuck in a similar nightmare!

      Bad business. Stay away from Take 5 entirely. They locked my keys in the car back on Oct 5th and refuse to pay a locksmith to retrieve my keys. Giving me a total run around.

      This company refuses to remove my membership for car washes bc I cant provide the barcode on my car. My car has been totaled so no way for me to provide the barcode number. Customer support is absolutely NO help whatsoever

      So take 5 car wash on alexis rd. Toledo Oh. Shuts down their car wash 2 to 3 times a week. Went there today(sat) at 2pm and attendant says they are about to turn it on that he's calling owner to get permission to start it up. Why would they wait till 2 ******** to call for start up, unless the owner is ripping off monthly customers to save money. Its ** n canceled my membership on the spot

      Take 5 Car Wash, Laplace, La. Has changed ownership several times over the past 6 years. The car wash started out great , but over the past couple years has gone downhill. As a monthly member, weekly I go through the car wash . For the past few weeks there is NO SOAP when entering the car wash. . Almost all the air sprayers are NOT WORKING. The Vaccum Tubes are Laying on the ground & nonmembers drive in & do NOT USE the carwash , but come in with loads of garbage & dump it in the cans & vaccum their cars out & leave. IT is DISRESPECTFUL & DISGUSTING.!! Yesterday there was only 1 worker on site. The cans that are typically filled with SOAP & WATER & A SCRUB BRUSH prior to entering the car wash is now only filled with Black filthy WATER to brush off Bugs from your front grill & Windshield & bugs or dirt from side mirrors. Everything is going downhill!

      The guy that uses the brush to pre wash the car, broke my windshield. The manager ***** ***** refuses to accept responsibility and now I have to take them to small claims court.
