      We have been using this car wash since they opened and have been somewhat halfway satisfied, I go everyday, just because I am paying the monthly membership which is "unlimited". On Friday May 17th I noticed some damage to my drivers side door. I went in and asked them to pull the cameras from when I pulled up until I came out, he said he would and would call me on Monday. I called on Monday several times and someone finally answered around 2:00 in the afternoon and proceeded to tell me that he hasn't looked at the cameras yet, but there is no way the car wash did the damage. Then proceeded to hang up on me when I asked him not to. I am on hold with the corporate office now. Very rude workers,

      I canceled my member in 2023. They stopped pulling payments out that year. Since then, they have pulled $49.95 from my account every month - that is now 5 months of stealing my money in 2024. They refuse to refund the 5 months of money stolen in 2024.

      These people are unscrupulous. They took my wife's credit card to supposedly pay for a wash and then put a FastPass sticker on the car and told her it would get her priority service on next visit. There was NO explanation that she had just paid for a recurring membership. We don't live in ************, so we attempted to cancel the membership using the Xpendy site. It responded with an email that it was cancelled, but based on the comments here I do not hold much hope. So far today, they have charged my CC $16.00 for the membership and then another $14.95 shortly after we 'cancelled' the membership.I do not understand why the city does not do something about this business and their deceptive practices, so I will. I have the resources to *** them out of business and will begin exploration.I cannot leave a zero rating or I would. They do not deserve a 1 start.

      Man, this is A great car wash memberships are cheap 26 bucks a month unlimited washes, ceramic shield protection, tire shine, and you get your own detailing section the best car wash in town

      This place is horrible there is no accountability no responsibility 5 to 6 mechanics to perform oil change on the unit I bought my car todays vehicle for oil change they bust a hole in my radiator thats caused me to blow a head gasket because the coolant clamp wasnt tighten they bought my truck to a mechanic shop they were in bed with and the mechanic determined that they didnt create the problem that it was my problem that I had to pay for the expenses myself . The owner is very unprofessional and disrespectful

      No response at corporate or local levels on over charges. My card was charged 3 times for one purchase of a fast pass. It has been 6 weeks. Poor customer service.

      This business model is a borderline scam! I requested to cancel my membership multiple times and finally had to get a new debit card to keep these buzzards from taking my money. The carwash they took over user to be fine! $8.00 for a minimum wash and no complaints from me. After takeover, it went to $20 for minimum, and they sped *********** to get you on through the process. They pushed their subscription deal on me, then made it impossible to cancel. I highly do NOT recommend.

      The worse experience Ive ever encountered . We were harassed by the employees and giving us the finger for no reason. Saying racial remarks. Slinging water on the car out of rage videoing us because we were videoing them. Checking on suing them. I have it all on video.
