      $102 for an oil change on a 2019 ***** Fit!?!?!? You are out of your minds!!! I dont know how you are still in business

      I would not recommend Take 5 car wash because the charge you a monthly fee but when they close their car washes you don't get any credit back. I purchased an unlimited plan and can not use it because when it gets cold they close down while other car washes are opened and working fine. So I would recommend going else where for a car wash plan

      Bought a one month unlimited wash while I was getting physical therapy. They must have just used my license because I never gave them any info at all. I have been going back and forth with them to try to stop monthly charges. Am going to call my bank tomorrow to cancel that. I should have already but have been recovering from a freak accident this year. Obviously, there are multiple complaints on here. Not sure why nothing is being done.

      They damage my car and when I complain about that they cancel my membership with inform me. They havent issued me my refund nor they have paid and damage money. MANAGER is so rude she dont care about customers. I have been going through to tuis car was for few years. But after the take over by take 5 employees and manager dont care about anyone. Be careful before you go their

      Tried Take 5 car wash this morning. $26 and my truck was not clean after. The whole truck looked lightly brushed by the system. The last water phase before the dryer covered my truck with foam, no water rinse after then the dryers blew it off. Went inside the lobby to talk to someone. The worker said she was the manager. She said she cant make the machines clean any better but I could go through again. One odd concern I had was she had a toddler sleeping in a stroller with only a diaper on and a space heater positioned about 2 feet from the toddler. Very disturbing. I do not recommend going to this car wash.

      I requested a refund for a pending ***** car wash renewal. When I signed up, the whole car was being washed. Now the entire back is getting missed. I was told, by corporate, that I needed a seven day notice. Well, they should have given a seven day notice that they were tossing the brushes they used to get the back. The folks on the lot are great, but corporate needs to get with the program. I'd like to see them go through these car washes down here.

      This company continued to charge my credit card for five months after I cancelled my membership in July 2023. I have asked for a refund of the five months of unauthorized charges, but they only refunded one month's charge. They still owe me $40.Background I had a monthly membership for over a year and enjoyed going to this car wash. The people were nice, although they were chronically short-staffed. In July 2023, they closed for several weeks. As a result, I started going to Bamboo which is less than 1/2 mile away. What a difference! Bamboo is much a much cleaner facility and is well-staffed.A few weeks later (mid-July) I went to the *********** location to cancel my membership. There was one man inside the office, and the still closed facility. He told me that they had lost their electricity and that I would have to drive down to the Browns Bridge location to cancel my membership, which I did.I went inside and spoke with a young man who processed my cancellation. I did not think any more of it, as I trusted that the cancellation would take effect immediately. In Sept 2023, I moved to **************. I had not been using the credit card they had on file, so wasn't checking my statements.Last week, I discovered the unauthorized charges, so I called their office and spoke to *******, who was very nice. She explained that they had had a fire and that the business was now under a new ownership. I explained what happened and she was able to confirm that I cancelled by membership on July 27, 2023. She said she did not know why they continued to charge my card and that she would have to speak to her boss. She called me back 2 days later and said she had spoken to her manager and that a refund was on the way. Again, I trusted them to do the right thing. The following day, I received a refund on my credit card account for $9.99. I left a phone message asking for the remainder to be refunded immediately and have heard nothing.

      ZERO STARS REALLY......RUN DON'T WALK FROM THIS COMPANY! They will charge you account when the account is closed, they charged my account when I requested and got permission to pause my account, and they won't refund money on the online account that was held for use at the car wash I couldn't access. I've turned them in to my credit card company and they will now try and get my refunds. SUCH A HASSLE. You will never get to speak to anyone for customer service since they only provide correspondence through emails that continue to be unresolved.

      Will NOT take care of any damage done to your car through the drive thru car wash. In fact will not even respond to your concerns or answer any calls! NO starts from me, I highly DO NOT recommend the one on ***************** and ********************, save the frustration and go somewhere else!
