      Scam business, I had coupon for a **** car wash. Went to try it out and they took my credit card info. Two months later I found out that they have been charging my card 3**** every month. I did not sign up for anything. I called their phone number but it continues to ring and no one answers.

      As others have stated, this place started out great and the employees are friendly. However, they randomly started charging my card again without my authorization and the only way I could get this resolved was to tell the manager I was not leaving until your corporate office called back and gave me a refund. We will see next month if they actually stop or not!!

      Started at **** a month when they first opened. After 3 months, I found only through my bank statement that it jumped to 3****. Never received notices, emails, payment receipts or reminders. After a long search and never finding a contact PHONE number, I emailed on their website to have someone call back and also canceled my service online (which was also not simple). After a couple days, finally had someone call me. She verified the account was canceled. Next bank statement, I was still charged! *** at the email department says it was because I did not cancel 7 days prior to the next due date. How do I know when the next due date is if you never send a bill or anything?! The crappy wash and customer service you get is not worth 3****! The first one couldve been my fault but they should at least return the second 3****.

      I have been double charged the last three months and can not get any type of customer service. This issue needs resolved immediately.

      This business fraudulently charged my debit card for two consecutive months for a monthly plan, which I did not authorize. I have made multiple calls and emails to the home office with no response.

      Have been trying to cancel my membership for over two months. Multiple calls, emails, online forms, etc. The business WILL NOT cancel my recurring payment and I have been forced to get a whole new debit card because of this. This is not a random occurrence as I know others personally who have the same problem. This practice should be illegal and I am also taking this to the press.

      This was the worst car wash ever!!Besides being horrible, they damaged my car, and now they won't return my call so I can have my car repaired. Do not ever go to this wash!

      I recently had the misfortune of experiencing the appalling business practices at Take 5 Car Wash in ****, **. Initially, I pulled up to what seemed to be a fully automated car wash, expecting a simple transaction for a car wash. To my dismay, the establishment failed to adequately inform me of their underhanded membership sign-up scheme.Upon arriving at the car wash, I was presented with four car wash options, but shockingly, there was no mention whatsoever of memberships or any agreement to sign up for one. Little did I know that this lack of transparency was part of a cunning plan to deceitfully enroll me into their membership program without my knowledge or consent.To add insult to injury, a mile-long receipt was thrust upon me, which, to my bewilderment, confirmed that I had been signed up for a membership. Not once was I prompted to agree to such a commitment, nor was there any explicit indication that I was being enrolled in a membership program. This shady maneuver felt like a blatant violation of consumer rights.To my horror, I discovered that I had been charged again on 10/15 without my consent or knowledge. It is beyond comprehension how a so-called "business" could operate with such audacious disregard for ethical conduct and legal boundaries. This questionable practice is a ticking time bomb for a lawsuit, and it raises serious ethical and legal concerns.Rest assured, I will never again patronize Take 5 Car Wash, and I strongly advise everyone I encountercountless individuals each monthto avoid this establishment at all costs. I have made the decision to switch back to Quik-Quack, a business that understands the importance of transparent and honest dealings with its customers. Take 5 Car Wash's reprehensible actions have left a permanent stain on their reputation and business integrity.

      Id give 0 stars if I could. This place is a scam! Canceled my membership in August and Ive been charged 3 more times, 2 weeks apart. They even sent me an email showing they canceled it. You cant get a clear answer when you call, they tell you theyre putting in a ticket and marking it high priority, horrible customer service! And wont take mobile phone calls. So much for locally owned!
