    I purchased a Lululemon gift card. When attempting to use the gift card, we learned it had a zero balance. A bad actor used the card for an online purchase before we had exposed the card number by scratching the back of the card. This indicates the card number was compromised electronically and prior to any physical access to the card number. Lululemon did nothing to help. Lululemon also indicated they had details regarding the cards use, including that the use did not match with my information, but would not disclose this information. Lululemon does not have control over its information security and does not take steps to protect its consumers.

    I have a store gift card from Lululemon, the ******** is $100.82. When I used this gift card at store on 7/12/2024, it turned out the ******** is zero, i.e. some else used my gift card whithout my permission and awareness. I have been keeping this gift card in a safe place, nor shared with anyone except for lululemon stroe staff. I contacted lululemon since 7/12, lululemon takes this incident absolutely careless, they never meet their committment for a resolution, after two weeks so called investigation, they just wrote to me "While we're sorry to hear about your recent experience regarding your gift cardour gift cards are treated like cash, which means if they're lost, stolen, or used without your permission, we cant replace them. ".It is not that difficult for lululemon to find out who used my gift card, someone else can use my gift card, this is a good indication that lululemon gift card system has flaws, plus, lululemon has responsibility to verify the ** who is using the gift card. I strong urge lululemon to issue a replacement of gift card with the ******** of $100.82.
