  I rented a 30-yard dumpster from ***************************************************************************, which advertises:Lowest Price Guarantee No Hidden Fees Pricing as low as $235/dayThese claims are false and misleading.1. False ******************** Fees Despite the "lowest price" claim, their fees are higher than competitors. Their "no hidden fees" claim is untrue. In small print, they write:All weight will be charged at 15 per pound. A minimum weight of 2.0 tons applies to this agreement.This is misleading. A typical consumer would think 2 tons are included and extra weight is charged after, especially since competitors charge $50$100 per tonnot $500/ton minimum. Instead, they force a 2-ton minimum charge and add fees, making them one of the most expensive options.2. Unverifiable, Excessive Charges Days after pickup, I received a text from an overseas worker (via ***************) stating I was charged $1,418.56 for 3.7 tons. This is outrageousI disposed of a few cabinets. No documentation or proof of weight was provided, and the total charge was nowhere near what a customer would expect based on the site.3. Deceptive ********************** hides their legal LLC name in emails and invoices, frequently changes its phone number and website, and deletes old negative reviews.   My husband and I recently rented a dumpster from Liberty Dumpster. We were quoted a price and told that the first **** pounds would be free, but any waste exceeding that weight would be .09 cents/lb. When the dumpster arrived, the driver took great care in placement and went above and beyond to ensure the dumpster was in an area that we wanted it. He was so helpful, that when my husband pointed out that about 1/3 of the dumpster was filled with dried concrete and that would definitely have impact not only in the space we were expecting, but the weight, the gentlemen said that the weight of the dumpster had been taken with the concrete in it, so it would not effect our ending weight. Well- wrong. My husband was contacted today and expected to pay over $600 in additional fees for the weight. That means we would have dumped over **** pounds (including our free ****)! NOT possible. We didnt even come close to filling the dumpster. We tore out a small kitchen that only had 7 cupboards. We also pulled up three pieces of particle board and a 4x8 piece of sheet rock. The only other things added, were empty boxes from our new cabinets. We have not used any concrete for this project, or any other item that is exorbitantly heavy. These things DO NOT come NEAR **** pounds! When my husband objected they told him that he should have taken a picture and it wasnt their problem that he had trusted their delivery driver to be telling the truth. They are a total scam! Absolute despicable business practice. We have no problem paying for anything that was over the ************************************************************************************************* the dumpster. I am disgusted, infuriated and disappointed that there are such slime ***** allowed to get away with stealing from their patrons. They should not be allowed to be in business. -******* and *********************

  Our company does not weigh the dumpsters. The local landfill, who is regulated by the ********** of ******* & Measures, weighs the dumpster and we accept the validity and accuracy of the weight that is provided. This customer's complaint is with the landfill, not our company, since have nothing to do with the dumpster's weight.
