  This company clearly don't understand what customer satisfaction is. Having a clear voicemail is not it. Answer your phone. Why have a number listed with hours of operation if no one is ever there. It took 2weeks for my trash to get picked up imagine 2 weeks of garbage sitting in the sun what happens. This company will not clean up the afterwards so more for me to do not kool. Clearly there are issues and maybe this community need to rally together to find another reliable service to pick up our trash. No excuse. Do your job not the drivers the owner.

  My review seems to be the opposite of the other one. Instead of not picking up trash when they were supposed they came onto my driveway and removed items I had set aside in bags. They took zero responsibility for the mistake after I had contacted them and ignored my phone calls after I spoke to the front desk about the matter. I had called them in the morning literally 5 minutes after they took my things and spoke to someone who told me they would get back to me. I called them repeatedly for about 4 hours and was only able to speak to someone 15 minutes after their official closing time saying there was nothing they could do. Yeah... that's why I called them immediately after. If they had at least picked up the phone when I called them I could have gotten my things back. I feel they were just getting their stories straight rather than trying to help fix their own mistake. Awful service from imbeciles who constantly ignore your calls when they can assist and openly get away with trespassing. They should all put themselves out on the curb because their whole company is trash.

  K&S Sanitation has a policy that we collect all trash bags and container at curbside on collection day. It is enforced to all employees to not walk onto customer's property even at customer's request. This has been K&S ******************** policy for 38 years. **************** did reach back out to you by phone and email with in 24 hours.

  Poor customer service, their voicemail which is all you will ever get, no one actually answers phone there, claims they pride themselves on customer satisfaction, this is definitely not the case. The issue I am addressing is becoming somewhat regular now thus leading me to this complaint. Monday February 5th **** some of the trash placed out for pick up was not taken, cardboard boxes and some household items in a box as well NO metal nor paint nor oil or flammable material, again not the first time. To date February 9th I have left 7 voicemails over the past week, the first voicemail I did get a response from a manager who claimed they had no idea why once again trash was not removed but would get back to me within next business day, this did not happen nor has any other communication been returned despite my endless calls. Sad part is this was a great company till bout 2 years ago who I referred to other businesses. Don't know what happened but they sure have slipped.
