    I am a loyal customer of over *****, thousands of dollars spent w/ CSS. Order # ******, 1qu. PPSH41 parts kit, placed 03-19-2024 however - arrived missing items. Most importantly being the stock tang s**** This small item is 100% proprietary to kit and very specific. It cannot be found elsewhere, nor can it be replaced by anything commercially available.When the s**** was not among the package contents, I contacted CSS via email on 04-01-24 regarding the missing s**** I even offered to purchase one from them, not wanting to create an issue. I received a 1 sentence reply from an unidentified person from CSS on 04-02-24 that they would "check other kits but the s**** was not shown in the items pictures". This later part of that statement is entirely false. The s**** is clearly visible in pictures #1, ******* on their very own website and was Not listed as being excluding in the text for that item under the "items needed to complete" text. I replied to that email, same day, stating this and provided a copied of 1 of CSS own images with the s**** circled. I have enclosed those here as well.That was the last I have heard from the company...I have attempted a few days later to contact CSS by phone and left a polite message, that voicemail has also gone totally ignored.This issue could have been so easily resolved with even the minimum level of customer service by CSS. I even offered to purchase a replacement, even though ALL ITEMS should have been provided with my original $700 purchase. My good faith attempts to try and resolve this issue with CSS have been in vain.This is why consumers go full "*****" on a company and how otherwise solid business reputations are tainted and burned customers simply jump to credit card chargebacks...when calm, professional attempts to resolve what should be a very simple matter - are completely ignored, customers are then outright lied to and then ultimately ghosted, which is 100% what's happened here.
