Nice, clean room that had everything we needed. We only stayed one night but it would be great room for someone staying longer - it had a large fridge, microwave and even a cooktop. *****

Basic hotel but very clean and quiet, staff was friendly and very helpful. Better price than any other hotel in the area even for one night. Have stayed here several different times and never a problem. Would recommend for short or longer stay.Extended Stay America

The staff has been very friendly and helpful during my stay at Extended Stay America, ******************* room was clean, spacious and had all the amenities I needed, including fridge, microwave, and stove.I also enjoyed free parking at the hotel.Extended Stay America

The beds were awful for being a new hotel. The room was clean but not very functional. no table or place to sit and eat. 1 chair on side of tv nice kitchen but has to ask for kitchen set up to get cookware etc, breakfast was a joke they didn't even have milk. no business center or computer for guest use , but you had wi fi.Extended Stay America

When I booked the deluxe room, I requested a room on the first level. I am a disabled senior citizen. *********** assured me, after they contacted the hotel, that we would be on the first level. Needless to say, your desk clerks on duty on 09/18 at 3pm informed me that they did not have any rooms in the first floor. Initially she said she did, but then for some reason, she changed her mind and said we had to go on the THIRD floor, which apparently was under renovation. She offered no alternative, not even a discounted rate, which is usually done at other hotels. Infact, she didn't even apologize for the immense inconvenience and even came across as an uncaring person who had no respect for disabled senior citizens. I was very sick after I left your hotel the following day. To make matters worse, she put us in Room 323, right in the middle of the hallway, the furthest distance from the elevator. I had to see my orthopedic doctor due to swollen knees from walking back and forth. Sorry, my stay at your hotel was a nightmare. Next time we will stay at the ** Hotel near *********!Extended Stay America

Property is old, they Charge you extra for everything, the Price is decent but Marriott has newer properties with cooking *************** dont have to ask/pay. Everything isnin your room already. **************** is better as well in *** *********************** the staff is nicer & real Breakfast is included. Just have to work with Management on weekly/monthly pricingExtended Stay America

This place was very easy to check in to and the new reception was a joy to encounter. The rooms were modest and conveniently situated as well as clean and contained everything we needed for a week-long stay.Extended Stay America

Everyone from the start of my stay(*****) at checking to ******* on everything that I needed above and beyond was great. Any thing I needed was done in a timely manner. Housekeeping did their part I just can't think of every one's name. I know I interacted with 8 staff in one way or another. They were all pleasant and accommodating.thanks for a stay that could have been totally different with a different staff.B ******Extended Stay America
