It's personal but I was in a bad spot, an emotional wreck. As I was checking in GM ***************************** was the person I needed at that time, in that moment. Her kindness and understanding and just being a genuine person made my dark situation better. Such an outstanding representation of your brand. Her attitude of making those staying at her hotel feel like family was also represented by her team. I cannot say more about ****** and her team. And yes, she came out and gave me a much needed hug. Lovely area, friendly staff and nice big clean room! Pricing was slightly less than expected, especially when seeing the space we got for it. We had 2 toddlers and it was perfect for us, also love all the extras they offer. Would definitely stay again, thanks so much for being a comfy place when we got stuck in the area!Extended Stay America

There was nobody there to check me in. I had to call the home office who could not locate a single employee to help. I found drug Parsi. My room and fentanyl and gabepenntin I disputed the charge with **** and leftExtended Stay America

The room was immaculate, extraordinarily clean. Gentleman at the front desk checking us in was very friendly and helpful - this was our first time staying at an Extended Stay facility. One problem, the toilet was not operating correctly, but the manager came to the room and collectively we came up with a solution for overnight.Extended Stay America
