  I enjoyed my stay, at the *** in *****************, ***, the staff was kind, proficient, helpful and able to help me with the things, that the Hotel offered. They didn't offer anything that they didn't have available. They gave you a great service with the perks, they offer with a large refrigerator, 2 stove cook tops, sink, cabinets, tv, a/c, clean rooms upon checking in, complimentary grab and go breakfast available from 6 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. You are able to extend your stay, and you have a great place to call home. I loved that it was a no smoking zone, inside of the entire hotel, no smoking in the room, no smoking within 100 feet of the entrances, windows, etc. I also like if the people choose to make the mistake of smoking in the room, effecting other tenants in the hotel, rather they are in the room beside them or on the floor above them or on the floor below them. They are warned, charged a fee, and if they are not compliant. They are asked to exit the premises, helping others to be able, to return to a serene peaceful room no smoke zone. (Smokers should, know smoke moves and travels like the wind, smoke does not stay in one place, it effects non-smokers worse than smokers. Secondhand smoke is real, smoke on clothes also affects others, too). Because they are told of the none smoking policy for the hotel while they are checking in.Other than people sneaking around to smoke in the room.   I've read all kinds of negative reviews of this place. My experience was similar, but different in significant ways. I stayed there for 3 nights just recently. Here's what's going on there. Are there people staying there who are having financial, social, and perhaps emotional problems? Yes. Did any of them harass me? No. But, I also wasn't just hanging out in public areas. Is the place run down? Yes. There are aesthetic issues all over the place, but I didn't care about that. Does it smell funny, like cigarettes...marijuana? A little. Maybe I'm just not that affected by smells. I thought it would be so overwhelming that I would get a headache. That wasn't the case. Was it so loud at night that I couldn't sleep? No. The only thing I heard was the sound of my working AC. It worked very well, and I was very comfortable. Are there roaches??? I'm sure there are somewhere, but I didn't see any. The floors were kind of sticky. It looks like it's all vinyl flooring in the kitchen area and into the bathroom. Not sure where the stickiness is coming from, but they looked clean. Maybe it's just soap residue from a mop.All that said, it might be that I was lucky. I was on the third floor, Room 338. It may be that I was simply above all of the problems that a lot of other people were having. The room was clean, the bedding was clean, and I found everything fine. Understand this, it's not the Four Seasons. The limited interaction I had with the staff was good. The front desk woman was very nice, and she seems very busy. Was she there when I entered to check-in? No. There was a sign informing me that she would be back in a few minutes, and she was. Again, she's very busy, maybe she needs some help. Do they leave at night? Yes. I think they leave at 10. Not sure how you would check in if you come later than that. There's no housekeeping, which is fine. I never liked the idea of someone coming in to my room when I wasn't there anyway.If you are particular, stay somewhere else.

  Staff was very helpful and friendly..also I had a service dog and they were very accommodating and friendly towards my dog ******* which is nice to see from the staff..all in all a great experience.
