Have been verbally harassed by another guest for months on end with no resolution. Employees with horrible attitude and mouths also just get away with it. The late fees are killing people and expecting people to pay a week in advance who have been living here for more than 6months is not going to keep you in business. Writing up management for working with paying guests is just wrong. Ive been here a year and it gets more stressful and uncomfortable every week. Things need to change. You dont need to be greedy to make money. You need to listen to your guests.Extended Stay America

Dont even think they deserve any comment had my motorcycle hauled away and wouldn't pay to bring it back because of the mistakes nothing but drug addicts here in ************** if managment had a clue of this s*** hole this place would be shut down lawyer involved to get motorcycle back and seeing for pain and sufferingExtended Stay America

1 starI have had to stay at the ********* ** location for more than a month. It is run down. The stoves don't work well. They are all rusted. The refrigerator stopped working in the night. Spoiled all my food. I was refused compensation. The refrigerators are all old rusted, and leak. I had to go room to room with the front desk attendant to find a refrigerator that wasn't filthy, and somewhat worked. Being he was the only employee in the building. My son helped remove the old one and replace it with another very old refrigerator. The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night for 2 hours while waiting for the fire department to arrive when the boiler room had a fire. The power went out for 3 hours on another occasion. The staff are very nice, and work hard to do their best to accommodate their patrons the best they can. Considering what they have to work with. This establishment needs to be gutted, refurbished, and updated. Do your best to avoid this location.Review fromMaree M

I HAVE WITNESSED MULTIPLE FRAUDULENT ACTIVITIES DURING THE ******19 MORATORIUM FROM MANAGEMENT FILING FOR LANDLORD RENTAL ASSISTANCE CHANGING THE NIGHTLY LOCKED IN PRICE THAT TENANTS HAVE. THEY HAVE STARTED AN *****ION AND THE ***** CASE MAIL THAT WAS SENT TO THE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT HELD IT AND GAVE IT TO US A MONTH LATE SO WE WOULD MISS THE ***** DATE. NOW SHERIFFS POSTED A NOTICE TO VACATE ON OCTOBER 5TH 2023 AT 6:01 A.M, ********* HOUSING COMMISSION HAS OR IS GOING TO PURCHASE THIS PROPERTY ON ****** ************** IN *************. AS THESE DEVELOPMENTS ARE IN THE WORKS. NOTES WERE POSTED ON OUR DOOR FOR INTERVIEWS FROM PROPERTY MANAGERS FROM PROJECT HOME KEY. INTERVIEWER LADY ADVISED ME THAT WHEN IT CAME TIME TO THAT THE PROJECT HOME KEY WOULD RELOCATE ACTUAL TENANT THAT WOULD LIKE TO AND I WAS ONE OF THE TENANTS THAT QUALIFIED FOR THIS RELOCATION SERVICE. IF THE ********* HOUSING COMMISSION IS BUYING THIS PROPERTY TO GIVE PERMANANT AFFORDABLE HOUSING TO LOW-INCOME OR TRANSIENT INDIVIDUALS WHY WOULD THE ***** ME WITH NO PLACE TO GO. THE INTERVIEWER LADY TOLD ME THAT I WOULD BE GRANDFATHERED IN SINCE I HAVE ACTIVE STATUS WITH THE PROJECT BASED VOUCHER PROGRAM. Extended Stay America - Briarwood I have stayed here numerous times over the last 5 years and have always appreciated it. Its always been clean and safe place. However my last stay September 1 - 15th I had to cut my stay short. I ended up checking out on the 8th. I had checked out by 8:00am. Check out time is 11 After I had already checked out on the 8th through the front desk my card was charged for the week and have a credit/refund of ****** roughly. The company agrees with this too. However I dont understand why I was billed AFTER I had checked out. The only way I knew was I looked at my bank account online and seen it was takes out Its a very simple case really but I was told repeatedly by front desk and Customer Relations also verified this 3 to 5 business days. Well that was on the 8th my account is still not refunded. They are quick to take the money from you but good luck getting your money back if they owe you. Transferring of funds are instantaneous nowadays when they want your money but giving it bank somehow it takes the bank 3 to 5 business days. No they dont. Now I am told between 5 and 7 days. I wont be back after this I will go to *********Extended Stay America

All around bad experience.- Construction above our room, very noisy until after 6pm Friday and starting before 10am Saturday - Phone reservation clerk described full kitchen - no, room just has a dorm fridge and microwave - Phone reservation clerk described suite with private bedroom -- no, this room just has a small barrier between living room and bedroom - no cups, no shampoo, - paper-thin towels - no linens for fold-out couch - room carpet stained, walls have visible patched paints - check-in clerk gave no info about the stay (and there were no other customers in the lobby)Checked out after 1 night and moved to a SonestaExtended Stay America

Stay away from all *** locations in *************. The rooms are in disrepair and their demographic is the homeless and how much $$$ they can get from the ********************** for the full daily rate. Most paying customers get a discount... The paying customers are treated like scum while the cater to the homeless. Went to three *** hotels in the ****** ** area with similar problems. Not safe for children and families.Extended Stay America

Too much to say in one post but it was terribly unsafe. Ended up staying up all night because fore detectors had towels stuck in them to keep them from giving false alarms. That plus other stuff. Paid a fortune and no other rooms available anywhere due to a big game that weekend Mo response from any management including corporate to get a price reduction. Not giving up on getting this resolved.Extended Stay America

Sorry I cant give them a negative rating of -5. I stayed at an Extended Stay in ********** **. After they took my payment for the first week (was supposed to stay a month) got to my room, asked for toilet paper, they said I had to buy my own. Their breakfast which I specifically asked if they had was only coffee, tea, and granola bars (that looked old), not what I was told. They said they were told not to stock food for breakfast. The room was filthy. Complained to corporate, after they said they would get back to me in 48 hours, four days later, still nothing. They said it was raised to the next level. Almost another 48 hours and no response again. They also told me I would owe them money because I checked out earlyI couldnt stay another day. They want well over $100 a day for no service, filthy room and no amenities. The front desk kept saying I dont know, I cant help you repeatedly for all the questions, even when I asked when will the manager be aroundhes not here, I dont know when he will be here. Left multiple messages fort him, no responses. I still cant get over that I was told I had to buy my own toilet paper. I asked for cooking equipment and was given a fork, spoon, nice, plate and frying pan. Offered a coffee pot but said that they cant guarantee it will work. The toaster didnt work and the microwave was corroded with food and rust. My socks even turned black walking around in the room. Yuck. Never again. On top of that I was told that my rate that I was quoted May change after mid week because they were getting bought out and they may not honor it. They offered, in a paper slipped under the door, to assist in going to another *** hotel, but again, when I asked was toldI cant help you.Extended Stay America
