      This bldg lost 15 Channels five weeks ago. I called the corporate office and they hung up on me today. I spoke with **** the *** manager on site. I brought it up one or two times a week and only got a smile and mostly I dont know. Its been five weeks today 9/7/23. He would not come out of his office. Other residents have also complained too. To date we have had no resolution. We are also left without toilet paper and Kleenex on a regular basis. And the washers and dryers are often out of service. They often have rooms who make a lot of noise. Quiet time is 7pm. My neighbor upstairs comes home 3x a day jumping stomping and yelling. Complained last week. No resolution. And I asked to move to the 3rd floor to avoid this. Basically he said no. By the way we had a horrible ***** problem. Our refrigerators leak and they are filled with rust. Police cruise the parking lot every week. Felons are dropped off from our jails and most are armed. ******************* **

      Extended stay Amrica ********* has third for issues with stomping and kicking residents and front desk seems to not have house keeping police have been involved serval time regrading damages on the property

      It's been over a month since I left, but they just charged my card $587.60. Said it was a clerical error but has not taken the charge off so I filed a police report for Fraud. The manager assaulted me because I asked a question about my bill when I was there, so I left and filed a police report for assault. Place was dirty and noisy. Shower curtain cover with mold. Do Not Stay There!

      This organization is a complete waste of money. Ive been to 4 different extended stays within the last 2 months, and they all falsely advertise in order for you to stay with them. They either dont have the things that they advertise, or the items do not work. Its either the microwave doesnt work, the washer and dryer doesnt work, or the elevators dont work. Im currently disabled and had to be basically carried by my wife to get upstairs to my room. The hotel that I am currently in doesnt have toilet paper nor trash bags. They claim that its stated in the letter given upon entering, but that is a complete lie. I have the letter right in front of me. The dishwasher was broken and it took a week for someone to come fix that even though *** made numerous complaints. The ac was not affixed to the framing and leaking causing my bedroom floor to become soaked, and my bathroom ceiling is leaking water. I will never stay at any of these hotels ever again.

      Point blank should have a better return policy also they shouldn't have with held my deposit which it has been over a 5 to 7 bus days since I check out second thing when I talked to corporate there response was it is what it is I just have to wait and I really don't think this was fair being though there hotel had a flooding I also don't think it was OK that employees wouldn't keep in contact once they dis placed us had many families and disabled people at limbo they had no compassion for any the family's that was dis place with no food or place to make hot meal i told don't eat the food from other hotel cause it cost for meals when we have paid for something but I feel like they should take full responsibility for all guess in that situation but instead made this the worst experience ever!!!

      Although its been a couple months since staying there and I did call corporate to complain to not get a call back from anyone as they said I would or said I would.The front desk staff working, manager to ** was one of the most unprofessional crew I've worked with at any hotel Ive stayed at either here in US or out of country. My second day I was at front desk to rebook and talking with the ** talking about the price at $142 and how high it felt it was high, but because it was daily rate. He makes insulting compliment by saying that $142 is probably too high for me and more than I could afford. I was flaming at that point, but I stayed. Third day, I was in the bathroom when I got a knock at the door from the manager saying I needed to be out by 11: it was 111:15. I was surprised to get a knock at the door until I remembered the phone NEVER worked for the week I stayed. Either way i told her I had booked another day online late last night. She told me that she thought I had made a mistake due to talking about staying until end of week and this day was a wed for original checkout. She had taken it upon herself to book the reservation using my Credicard with no authorization, and book it their rate instead of the online discounted rate. I went downstairs to figure out what was happening and then she tells me it was booked for $158 at their rate instead of online which it was booked at $120, but it was for the following day. The ** said she never ran the card, but it was, and she apologized for it many times. My other complaints are everything from promoting bathtubs usage that never worked, to lack of cleaning in my room which I showed, took pictures of and cleaned it fully besides turning the bed on my check out day to freezer not working and fighting to get reimbursed for two 1/2-gallon ice cream I bought day prior. My last night, lots of noise coming from my neighbor's room went to front desk at 2AM, no one ever showed within the hour of sitting there.

      I had reservations at the **************/******* this last month. I called to confirm the day before and was even told my room number. When I left to head down there I tried calling to let them know my approximate time of arrival. No answer... Six different calls. I had a several hour drive. Upon arrival, I was told that they didn't have a room for me. I explained that I confirmed my reservation yesterday and they didn't care. At that time there was two other parties in the lobby in the same situation. I mentioned that apparently they were having difficulty with their phone as well. She shrugged her shoulders and told me that they had the ringer off, turned around and went into the office and shut the door. I spent the next hour making phone calls to find a new hotel room which I finally got checked into at 1:30 in the morning. After arriving home a couple of days later I called corporate to file a complaint. I recieved lip service and promises that they would make this right. They did nothing. Three different calls over a period of three weeks and failure to do anything. I will never use Extended Stay again. In fact I will share this with everyone and I meet several 100 people every weekend with my business. If I ran my business the way that they do, I would be out of business.

      The review is for *** in ********, ** at ************************************************* They are corrupt and misleading. They led me to believe that I was paying $145 a night when in fact they charged by the night: $145, $275, and finally $427 (w/o tax). I never got confirmation when I made a reservation, and when I was asked to sign the agreement when I got in, all I saw was a line for the signature. There was never any indication of the price going up. I admittedly didn't ask to view the agreement. Buyer Beware! My experience: Outside, it looks okay, and when you first enter the room, it looks alright, but there were some strange things that caught my eye immediately. A dresser drawer was opened. When I closed it, it opened up on its own because the floor surface was not flat/parallel to the ground. Later on, I discovered that the locking mechanism to the outside door was broken; it never locked. As I rested after a 12 hour drive, my eyes started to itch badly. I brought dust mites home and had to throw away my pillows, buy new ones, and cover the pillows and bed with a cover that traps the mites waste. Lastly, I saw 2 German cockroaches crawling around in the day in front of me. I have pictures. Someone told me that if the cockroaches are doing this, then the place is infested. Cockroaches don't usually crawl around in daylight with people around. I bought a hundred dollars worth of insecticide (Alpine) spray and bait in the hopes of preventing an infestation. Two last things. The lady in the morning of July 21 and the guy who fixed my lock were kind and helpful. Not everyone was bad. However, when I asked my credit card to contest the price, they lost. So I'm stuck with a $971 bill, dust mites, and maybe cockroaches. This place was exceptionally bad!

      The laundry room was out of order. There idea of a breakfast is coffee and a small muffin. Internet was shotie. Beds ok. Great Coffee. (Elevator was down a few days) Death in parking lot. False alarm for carbon dioxide, fire department came

      **************** was terrible . Woman at front desk was very rude the day I checked in . When I told her I had been at the front waiting for about 20 minutes she responded No you havent. 2 days later I saw a ***** crawling across the dresser . Someone tried to get in my room , i dont know if he was confused or not but my room was the last room on the hall so he should have known it wasnt his . Last and most importantly the hotel ran out of toilet paper .I went to the front desk to pick up a roll when I ran out and I was told there was no toilet paper in stock.
