    Due to limited options where I live, I am forced to use Bright speed after being a CenturyLink customer for many years. Bright speed internet is down all the time. **************** is awful. I work from home butno one there cares and I am paying for service that I only receive half the time. it's absolutely ridiculous.

    Intermittent WiFi and loss of telephone connect for 2 days. This was supposed to make the internet better for our rural area. I still have the problem with the internet, but my landline has been restored. This company is absolutely worthless on ***************** If anything, ****************** has caused more problems than CenturyLink ever did. The people are extremely hard to communicate with.

    Awful internet. Always getting kicked out, disconnected, so slow. I would pay double to any other company, unfortunately in my area Brightspeed is the only service in my area, so Im stuck with them.Besides that, they have been taking my monthly payment from my account every single week, no less than the full monthly amount, every week. I still havent been reimbursed for one yet & they did it again this week.

    Think all the worse feature of century link than multiple it by 5.That said century link (the company that sold these lines) absolutely ***** also.

    The company you talk to is a 3rd party company from the *********** I learn that from a guy named **** with them. They hung on me I stayed on the phone for 3hours to speak to a ***************** didn't get one I talked to a *****, ************ none help

    Worse than 1 star. It almost feels like a joke at this point. I tried to schedule internet install. Over the next 11 days or so, I talked to various agents seemingly most of them outsourced... all their responses to checking on the status were: "We don't have any account like that?", "Yes we have it confirmed at time slot A", "We can't service your area?" "Yes I can see it is scheduled but time slot B" etc etc. No exaggeration. ALL DIFFERENT RESPONSES. I did not get any confirmation number I had to pry it out of one of the agents. Then 12th day or so, someone from Century link (they are very confused) called back and said we can't get this order done we will refund and cancel. OF COURSE, I never wanted anything to do with them again so I chose other provider. But, it was not over. They still BILLED me for $65 in starting and first month service. The service they never installed because they never could get anyone to schedule it themselves and wasted by time for 2 weeks. I again had to jump on a customer rep to make sure this went away. IT IS STILL NOT OVER, because since then, they still email every month saying your bill is ready. They also don't let me pull my payment info so it says autopay will proceed. In fact it did not. But I still get these notices from a company that couldn't even show up to install their service and unable to stop themselves from spewing billing emails. It is truly a disgusting experience. I wish to never be part of Brightspeed/Centurylink customer and hope to never see them show up in my inbox or my credit card bill. They are the utmost ignorant & inept company I had to deal with. and I dealt with many over the years in different regions.

    Not even worth rating 1 star. I have been out of phone and internet service for seven days and each time I call the agents are rude and argumentative telling me everything is OK on thier end. I have never had such a bad experience. **************** is terrible and they are very rude and do not care about thier customers.

    Awful company , customer service is terrible, tells lies while your on the phone about your order while your on the phone. You can barely understand their island accent. They are very rude on the phone. They messed up my order4 times on the same very simple order. I would never recommend them

    This Company Bought out Century link in my Area of ************ area around a month ago, When they took over Century link, they Said that nothing would change, That the same service we got with Century link we would get with them. But turns out they are as crooked as can be, A business of Liars. I had Century link internet all the way back when it was first Embarq. Around 35 years of ***************** and Never had this problem with ****** and then Century Link... Now my wifi goes out constantly in the Evening Hours. And Now even if I hook up my Internet cables to anything I use online , it will not work as it should , Internet goes so slow you cannot do a thing Online... And trying to talk to anyone on the chat for Bright Speed is a waste of time, They say I have been flagged for High bandwidth Usage, Never in 35 years did I run into that Problem Once... I have no clue why Century Link sold out to these people who could care less about customers, I wish someone would do something about this Lying cheating company that wants there payment on time, but will not give quality service for the payment they ask.... I live in a rural area so options are limited of another service, but going to keep hoping I can find another option, cause this place should be called Stress *** not bright speed
