    Literally havent even got my first months bill yet and Im already switching!! This is bs!! My internet goes out at least 3 times a day. Not to mention the slow speeds and it working on one device but not another. Terrible internet; do not recommend. If I could put a 0 star review I would.

    Bright speed has the absolute worst customer service. I had internet *************************** issues and was on hold 2 different times and the calls just disconnected after 30 minutes. The chat option was no better. When I finally did reach an actual person she was not helpful at all. I will be looking for another provider in the ****************** area.

    Omg what a joke. Today is Dec 5 I have called brightspeed everyday since Nov 15th tech support gave me an install date for Dec 13th, called next day they said there was no tech order then set me up for Dec 14, called next day and no order so they set me up for thurs 8th. Called again and install date would be Friday the 9 th. What a **** joke like is this really real like all I need is the phone outside the house activated like how hard can that be. Here we are Dec 5th and still havent sent no one out brightspeed keeps mailing me out all these modems. Craziest thing I have ever witnessed. This company would get a 0 star if it was possible

    If your internet is out, you can only call 8-5 weekdays. It took me 40 minutes to get a rep on the phone. Did not understand much of what he said. I did catch that it should be back in the evening and there was nothing I could do. I would give zero stars if I could.I have also noticed slower internet speed since Brightstar took over.I would be ashamed to work there.

    Paid$65 when I signed up on November 10.Was to be installed on November 30. No one came no calls nothing. Have tried to call. This morning got an email saying this months payment is due. No way to contact leave message never a call back

    Ever since Brightspeed has taken over my CenturyLink account I have had horrible service. When you contact them they tell you that it is your fault because you have been using to much bandwidth. I had CenturyLink for the past 7 years and never had any problems and I have not changed my usage amount! Brightspeed is a joke! They **** I would stay far away from them as a service provider if you can help it. I will be looking into getting a new service provider. I believe if they continue to give poor service like this surely they will go out of business. Stay far away from Brightspeed you have been warned.

    I have requested to get service with Brightspeed for my dad. It has been a disaster in trying to communicate with this company! I spent the good part of my morning traveling from country to country trying to solve an issue with the dates of service. Finally I received a text message asking if I want to change or cancel my order, I texted back CANCEL only to receive the same message over and over again for since November 30, 2022! Can this company PLEASE get customer service help that understands what a customer needs. I had one agent answer the phone who sounded drunk and all I could hear was a baby crying in the background! We need help!!!By the way this company doesn't deserve even 1 star!!! Maybe we should go public and hit them where it hurts...their pockets!!!!

    This company discriminated against my wife and I. We are in a small town with low income and my wife has MS. **** wrote us an email stating they would be out on exact day and service would be done by 7:00 that night. We where also informed that we would start being billed for internet that day of no service. **** never showed and never called!! We had to call them and they where nasty to my wife. We rescheduled for another service date and again no show no call. We called again and where told told billing starts when they get it installed. What a lie that was!! This company started to bill us right away. We had to call several time to get someone to stop the billing for no one showed up to install the equipment. We missed several online MS ******** because we had no internet!! We went into town to and found out that a business had phones or internet for 4 days and Brightspeed was the company s******* another company. This company should be banded from doing any business. Zero stars is high of a grade for Brightspeed.

    Terrible customer service!! Trying to change a service and no one is able to help. Transferred multiple times and then cut off. Watch your bill because they will incorrectly overcharge!

    I had century link for years and never had any problems at all, Since Brightspeed bought them out, I have noticed the internet slower then ever. Many times it will time out in just attempting to download a item. It advertises as a high speed service, I pay for a high speed service and yet it in fact is a limited speed. Right now my internet speed test shows Ping 101 ms, my Download **** Mbps, my Upload **** Mbps. I have found many times it cuts out for hours, once for an entire day it was out. Many people depend on their internet for work. This company is not dependable at all. And it slows down even more in the night hours to the point it is not possible to download anything past 11 pm. I do not understand how a company can charge you for unlimited high speed and then reduce it to less then a basic speed. I would not recommend this company to anyone if they have another choice.
