      i ordered a large base trim for a walloven for $190+ but they sent the same small one.Called re return mailing slip(1hr15min).Slip didnt arrive -so called back,after 35 min hung up on.Called again(40min) was promised e new mailing slip-didnt com.They have my email because they sent a receipt for the part .I called back on Mar.15 but would not take calls because of being busy.Can you please help me?

      I purchased upright freezer 2/2023. My freezer stop working beginning of May. Tech came out, said he didn't know what was wrong with it. Didn't hear anything called back only for them to state he ordered a part. Called back state part on back order. Ask for them to replace my freezer. Each time I call I hear something different. Whole month later I still have no freezer. I spoke to numerous supervisor they also keep giving me run around. I called company ************** over 15 times. Each time I called I was told someone will call me back, never received a call back. They state they sent my request for new freezer to escalation tram & each time I called got different information. Still no freezer or resolution. At this point I want a refund for the entire freezer I don't want to deal with this company any more.

      On Feb 19, 2023 I bought a new Frigidaire refrigerator from Lowes. Model #: GRFS2853AF2, Serial #: **********. On 1 Jun *********************************************** the refrigerator part and the freezer. Because the warranty period was 12 months, I called the warranty number. The person gave me a company by the name ****** Refrigeration Appliance in ********,**, phone #: ************ and said they would have a repair person at my home at ******************************************************************** on June 5, 2023 between 8:00am and 12:00pm. Nobody showed. I called the phone number and got a message that said this is not a good number and to check the number and call again. In other words, it was a bogus number. I called another appliance company in ******** and asked if they ever heard of ****** Refrigeration Appliance and 2 people said they never heard of it. It appears to be bogus also. I called Frigidaire again and after a few minutes of discussion, they hung up either accidentally or on purpose, I don't know, but they never called me back. I called again and this time I took the option of texting. It started out with me giving my model #, Serial # and name. Then they said all representatives were busy and they would get back to me. Nearly 3 hours later and I have still not heard back. So, I want my refrigerator fixed under warranty. Why is Frigidaire not committed to their warranty? Is this bogus also?

      Online order ********** for Microwave and Microwave trim kit was placed in 5.3.2023 was received 5.16.2023. We attempted to install on 5.19.2023 and discovered it was the wrong trim kit. I attempted to call Frigidaire 4 times and after 2 hours of calls and being punted between Electrolux and Frigidaire, I got a person on the line who said she could not see my order. She placed me on hold multiple times and finally told me the money would be refunded. I asked her how I was supposed to get the part back to the company and she advised me that she would email me instructions. To-date, I have received no refund and no return instructions. The text feature tells me it is a long wait and I never hear a response. The chat feature does not work. I tried ******* and was told to send a direct message. Direct message will not go through. I want to return the item and get my money back.

      I am rejecting this response because: I have now been told on 3 separate occasions that I would receive a refund for this trim kit and as of today, the refund has not been received.  I will not accept a statement that I will get a refund as resolution.  I will accept resolution when the money is back in my account. I have attached a previous text conversation (from Frigidaire chat function) where I was told a refund was being issued (for the 2nd time) and that we did not have to return the item.  I then received the most recent email requesting I return the item, which I did.  I am attaching proof the item I returned was delivered to the company yesterday, 6.12.2023.  There has not been a refund.

      Hello,Re: Order Number WB29543579 I purchased two **** cu. ft. Manual Defrost Chest Freezers 6 months ago.Freezer #1 will not go below 0 degrees F. I have a temperature laser gun and the floor of the freezer will not go below 0.Freezer #2 will get to about negative 14 F.Unfortunately, we feel something may be faulty with #1.

      I purchased a brand new Frigidaire refrigerator from ********** on march 26, 2023. It worked for approximately 2 weeks before a high temperature light came on and it was no longer cooling. Frigidaire's serviceman has been out to our house multiple times, replacing multiple parts and it still isn't fixed. I have had to take multiple vacation days to be there for this and there have also been multiple times when no one has shown up for a scheduled appointment, causing me or my wife to lose a day of work for no good reason. This happened again today and I am at my wit's end. We have been without a fridge for over 6 weeks now and have 4 children! There seems to be a pattern of miscommunication and lack of responsibility between Electrolux, Frigidaire and their service people. Their lack of concern over giving us a defective product (at full price) is appalling! We have spent HOURS on the phone with these people, MULTIPLE days waiting around for someone to show up (or not show up) to fix this issue, not to mention the cost of the food that we lost to begin with due to being given a defective product. I would greatly appreciate any help that you can offer at this point. Again, the purchase date was March 26, 2023 and the ********** order number is WB41512512. Thank you and have a great day!

      I have a dishwasher that is under 12 months old. Was in a new house bought in 3/2023. unit shuts off during cycle. Contacted the company and had 4 visits from authorized service company and the unit had computer replaced and we still have the issue. I have been hung up on by 2 different people at Frigidair, one was a supervisor. I want the unit replaced under lemon law, also the manufactures warranty!!! I keep getting the run around and having my issue pushed off by **********. I need help as they are not helping me at the customer service level. it have been almost 2 months since this issue started and my dishwasher has been defective.

      Purchased a Gallery 22.6-cu ft Counter-depth French Door Refrigerator (MOdel # GRFC2353AF) from ****** on 12/5/2022 for $2,499. On April 13, 2023 filed warranty claim with Frigidaire for leaking water dispenser. Frigidaire/ Electroluk scheduled HEAVENLY COOL LLC to come repair unit with service event #********** . After one month of no repair, I contacted ************* and was told they would not come service this. Then scheduled another repair via Frigidaire on May 18 who was **************************** with service event #**********. Was given date for repair. When they did not come on scheduled date, I called MR ********* directly and they told me that they have rejected all service calls from Frigidaire for months due to staffing issues. Repeated contacts to Frigidaire have them telling ** they do not have any service providers covering our area and they can do nothing to resolve the issue.

      I purchased a Frigidaire top freezer refrigerator serial number ********** delivered on on friday may 26 from ********** but its electrolux who are at fault. Step 5 says remove internal shipping materials with diagram. It says "we use packing foam, clips tape to secure internal parts of your refrigerator for shipping. Once the refrigerator is in position you can remove this material" but. They stuff condenser full of Styrofoam. Myself and delivery people tried to remove. Running an appliance with Styrofoam is a fire hazard we were told... Now. Electrolux says no refund. No replacement and voided warranty! Worst part is I called within half hour of delivery asking please take it back And give me my old fridge back. I LOST SO MANY GROCERIES and now im stuck! It was holiday weekend. But now week has gone by AND electrolux told ********** they refuse refund replacement or anything else! I'm going to please ask for assistance. I saved up 6 plus months for a refrigerator I begged for my old one back....im not complaining just to complain. I find this completely unfair! I have spent an accumulated 15 hours on hold over 5 days and have basically been told too bad ( hung up on alot after put on hold) Thank you for reading. Even if cant help me I appreciate it

      On 4/28/2023 they sent me a technician to come repair my range that was overheating. I explained to the technician that it had overheated and exploded the glass top. That technician did not replace or do anything with the problem and simply replaced the glass top that was cracked.On April 29th, one day after the repair it exploded, it overheated and multiple cracks on the glass appeared. Because April 29 was a Saturday I had to wait until May 1,2023 to call in. They sent a new technician and scheduled me for May, 5 2023. The technician they sent was the exact same person that came and simply replaced the glass. When he was here I explained to him that he needed to have replaced my range because it was clearly overheating and that now it cracked again and I was out of a stove for a month at that point.After two weeks I was told that the insurance denied my repair because it looked like someone had dropped something on the range. I called again at this point to request a second opinion and was promised that a new tech would come to my home and order the parts needed.They sent a new technician on May 26,2023 a whole month after the incident. That technician told me he needed me to pay $65 and that I would reimbursed once the repair took place, I told him I didnt have to pay anything but he insisted and so I paid. That same afternoon I received a call indicating that insurance had denied it so I once again called electrolux and spoke to a supervisor, after explaining everything that happened she promised me that she would create a ticket and get me a replacement and gave me the email ************************************** to request my $65, and now over a month of no stove. This lady also promised to call me back personally so I waited. After a whole week I call back in on 06/02 and I explained everything and even begged for them to listen to the call and all they can say is that they understand but wont help. Im out of a stove and havent been able to cook for 2 months
