Frigidaire Electrolux refrigerator total garbage. Uses weak plastic components, doesn't stand behind their products, then when you need to fix/replace/ repair, they gauge you on the price!!! Do not buy their garbage appliances. Oh and they screwed up the 1st sent replacement part. When I called service department they disconnected me twice before finally got resolve.

I purchased a brand refrigerator on 11/28/24 and it was delivered on 11/30/24. It worked for 3 weeks and died on 12/19/24. Upon contacting fridgidare I was told a tech would be out on 12/20/24. The tech called and stated he would not be out until 12/26 because hes a solo company and that the customer service at ********** tells customers what they want to hear to get them off the phone. I called back fridgidare customer service and they said theyd get an immediate tech out but it would take ***** hours, that person was scheduled to come out on 1/6/2025, real immediate right? I called back and canceled because the other tech came out and diagnosed the problem and Im now waiting on the part. Upon calling customer service back yet again, I asked for reimbursement for the lost food from 12/19/24 because their warranty info states that they will, but that is only if youre using the purchased extended warranty, which I did but cannot use because Im still under manufacturer warranty which they WILL NOT reimburse for food, on a unit that lasted 3 weeks and died the week before Christmas. All I want is a reimbursement for the lost food and this company cannot do the right thing. Their customer service is horrendous, they refuse to do the right thing and I will never own any of their products again!! Im disgusted by this company.

Awful awful awful service. Waited over a week and countless lost hours on the phone with out of the country call centers, not local person to talk to, and no show to the appointment time made, to then explain our 4 month old appliance failure was out fault because we purchased a garage ready refrigerator for the garage. The sole purpose of the purchase was to have a garage refrigerator. Service man attempted to find all excuses for the failure of the equipment to be ours. When I corrected him on his assumptions (electrical outlet, the refrigerator's position, claimed we didn't read the manual before purchasing or when placing in the garage, and absurd comments about the temperatures outside (which have been normal--not cold, not hot), he found other reasons for the failed part; the best one is we should put the garage ready refrigerator in the house. YES! We are in the wrong for purchasing a "garage ready" refrigerator that is not meant to be in a garage. What in the $$$$$$??????!!!!!!He said we don't have it tilted correctly. When asked what the tilt should be, he couldn't tell us. When asked why the company sells a refrigerator meant to be in the garage specially stated as garage ready, but it's intended use is not the garage, he had no comment. He stated he had to be careful what he said because he worked for ***. Did he really have to be so unpleasant to talk to? Did he really have to grab at straws trying to find an excuse why Frigidaire's machine failed after only 4 months? When asked about my Maytag not being garage ready but working for over 20 years in the garage, he compared how new machines are not built that way anymore.. pointing to my newer *******.

After giving the model number and serial number of my dishwasher part as well as description they sent a completely different part.. After being charged for the part and shipping I phoned to send the right one and ship it for free. They couldnt find my order! Gave them all the information, date and time I called. They kept me bouncing around for an hour! I asked to be fully refunded. Finally got through to a supervisor who just wanted me to start all over getting all the information again and finally said they would research it. Would give me a call when they finally figured it out. I am in sales. I have never in my career ever experienced a more frustrating situation and abuse to clients. The first one couldnt find it and hung up the second one kept looking and telling me it isnt in the system the supervisor was no better. Offered to shoot a phot of all of it and email it.nope. I do not recommend any company that does not stand by their product immediately. Ask how they can resolve this for you so youre happy. It was all about them. I will never buy a Frigidaire or Electrolux product again. I have many builder friends who will be told to avoid these companies at all costs! I call on clients and cannot imagine ever frustrating them for an hour.i wouldnt have any. My first question is how can I make this right for you. Not do it our way or bug off. I am inline to replace many appliances as I remodel.not one will be with any attached to Electrolux who own Frigidaire, ****** and any others I find.Buyers be ware!

The handle on my dishwasher broke. The warranty clearly says, "Your appliance is covered by a one year limited warranty. For one year from your original date of purchase, Electrolux will repair or replace any parts of this appliance that prove to be defective in materials or workmanship when such appliance is installed, used, and maintained in accordance with the provided instructions." We bought ours in May of 2024 and it is December 2024. I was told they have a policy of 6 months on nonfunctional parts, but that policy could not be sent to me. They specifically said they were not going to honor the warranty.

DO NOT buy anything from them. They fraudulently sell machines claiming that they work when they dont. We ordered brand new laundry units. They were delivered late, hastily installed, and the dryer was completely broken. They sent a repair person over a week later, and he said in order to repair the brand new unit, he had to completely rebuild the machine to replace the heating element. They refuse to send a replacement for the brand new unit that we ordered. We paid for a fully functional unit. We were given a completely non functional unit. This is fraud.

Make sure to have an extra day or two if you schedule a repair. Wasted a full day waiting at home for the technician only to find out that the date was rescheduled to a completely different week without notifiying us. I had to find this out after calling at the end of the day since their "tracking number" wasn't updating. **************** was not able to give me a reason why the original work order was cancelled and rescheduled, nor were they able to expedite any service after their own incompetence. I was under the impression that Electrolux was a higher end brand with good after sales service, but am very disappointed. The average lifespan of a dryer is supposed to be ***** years by their standards and ours barely made it to 4.

I purchased a Frigidaire dishwasher on 11/29/24 from ********** in ****, **. The dishwasher does not properly work. It does not drain the water completely, nor dry the dishes. I scheduled an appointment for repairs for 12/14/24. The technician was a no show, and indicated that I requested to reschedule, which was a blatant lie. Thereafter, I received extremely poor customer service with no resolution and was told the next available appointment would not be until 12/27/24, which is unacceptable.

We bought a new Frigidaire refrigerator on 12/1/23.9/2/24 - freezer went out - limped it along until Oct 2024. 10/28/24 - initial contact with Frigidaire for repair/replacement 10/30 - The ********** came out and said the freezer was unrepairable & I needed to call Frigidaire to get a replacement. I called a few hours later to begin the process of a replacement & was told that it took 3 days before they would get the report.11/1 - I was told that another ********** had to verify it was not fixable 11/8 - 2nd ********** came and ordered parts - a follow-up appt. was scheduled for 11/20. 11/13 - I called to tell them that the fridge stopped working too & was told a tech would be there on 11/15.Between 11/19/24 and 12/13 I called four times getting conflicting stories each time.11/29 - 3rd tech came & the tech told Frigidaire it was unrepairable 12/13/24 called four times trying to get a straight answer and asked to speak to a supervisor. I was told that they didn't know how to connect me nor did they have a phone # for a supervisor.1st call told that there was no note about me getting an email but they received the report from ***** on 12/2.2nd call disconnected 3rd call I was told the process to go through to get a replacement and there was no note from ***** on 12/2. The last recorded note from **** was on 11/22. I was given **** phone # to reach out to them.I called **** and got a confirmation # for the report sent to them on 12/7.4th call Frigidaire denied receipt of the report on 12/2. They called **** and said that the ticket for 11/29 was canceled so a new ticket had to be created to have a tech confirm that the fridge was not repairable. I was told the tech could call **** while at our house and give them a file # stating that it is unrepairable. I was assured that the repairs would be covered under the warranty.12/17/2024 I received an email stating that my warranty had expired and I would be responsible for all repair costs.
