      Bought a Frigidaire professional series of fridge and freezer with a trim kit. The freezer is good within one year started having problems with the fridge major major issues with it The fridge is three years old and is still having issues and Frigidaire refuses to do anything about it. Do not buy Frigidaire. Their customer service is absolutely disgusting to deal with if and when you get through to them.

      I purchased an extended warranty for my Frigidaire Refrigerator May of 2022, effective June 2022-2023. When I called for service April 2023 I was informed that my extended warranty was not valid! I asked why they accepted my payment for the warranty and never refunded or told me the warranty was not valid? They had no real answer for that question except that my refrigerator was too old. They solicited the warranty extension from me by mail, which they still do for my other appliances purchased that same year, 2015! They did refund my payment for the warranty when I threatened to bring action for falsely soliciting my money. Then a week or two later I received a Certificate of coverage for the same refrigerator effective 5/2023-2024. I immediately called Electrolux/Frigidaire and asked them how I could now have a warranty for the same refrigerator that I could not have a warranty before? Their response was that the rules had changed! I told them I do not want my credit card charged for this new "warranty". I am still not convinced they will not charge me for this even though I have refused this warranty. This is a scam! The original refrigerator repair when I first received the refrigerator never fixed the ice problem in the freezer and refrigerator. I will not buy their products anymore.

      Worst company ever!!Over 1hr hold times and then they disconnect you after waiting. Happened multiple times. 2 year old Fridgidaire refrigerator( made by Electrolux) needed $600 repair. 1 month later Electrolux washing machine 33 months old $750 repair. **************** and their supervisor were absolutely no help. DO NOT waste your money on this garbage equipment. You will regret it. I have 7 rental homes full of appliances and these are the worst I have ever had. And most aggravating experience to deal with their customer service. Buyer beware!!!

      The worse customer service and **********************, DONT BUY. We purchased a high end (professional) frid / freezer column (over $6K). **** was worked on twice for water leak and bad mother board. Freezer started leaking water one month past warranty and they will not cover. Even though a tech came out and stated he can't fix because he cant get to the leak, (Unrepairable, manufacturing defect). STAY AWAY FROM ALL ELECTOLUX PRODUCTS

      Frigidaire is absolutely horrible. We've been with out a dishwasher for a week and half, after it being installed and not working not even two weeks in. Today they finally came to look at it and turns out was damaged. from the warehouse. This is where I have to mention the horrible experience we've also had with ****** Home Improvement Home Improvement This is the replacement for the dishwasher that we initially had delivered because it to had to be replaced because it was damaged as well. Along with the oven they delivered that was also delivered damaged. Because the warehouse as we were told does not care. Now here we are waiting from Frigidaire to get the claim through so we can get a replacement. Also not to mention that ***** will not return anything after 48 hours, how convenient for them. This has been a complete and utter nightmare.

      Bought a top line Electrolux washer with extended warranty. 2 years in found it was causing rips and tears to clothes. No help from Electrolux. Finally got replaced by extended warranty. 12 months and 3 weeks the bearings on new and improved model electolux are failing. Spoke with manager at Electrolux after holding 30 min. Only solution offered is to send out the bearings. Unfortunately I have to cover the repair cost which will be over $800 on a washer I payed $1,000 for. Then the representative hung up on me and sent me to a survey. The worst customer service, very unprofessional. I will never use this brand again. Cheaply made so that it holds up for just over a year to Dudu lol warranty.

      A serious review should be conducted of this company. We have been swindled. It has been 8 months without a refrigerator in our home and there is no end in sight.May 17., 2022 - ordered refrigerator May 28, 2022 - delivered October 2022 - stopped working October 14, 2022 - called Frigidaire for service October 2022 through March 2023 (5 months) - Part delays and incorrect parts shipped October 27 2022- 1st Technician to assess January 18, 2023 - technician came to repair with parts but he discovered the parts were not correct and he re-ordered parts.March 13, 2023 - repair made with correct parts (3rd-time technicians in house to make the repair)March 28, 2023 - homeowner called to inform of break and to ask for a refund. **************** said they would send someone out on April 31, 2023 but they never did. Ref # ********. April 12, 2023 - homeowner called because of a non-response. No email, no appointment for service, no follow-up. Was informed by ****** "supervisor" that 3 functional claims must be entered before they will remove this lemon from our house and provide some "kind of concession".

      DO NOT buy Frigidaire! CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!!!! They are located from a different country, and all they do is just look and type in their computers, but do not have a clue! They dont resolve any problems, and they only set up appointments. Three weeks and counting no refrigerator, 2 different companies showed up different times to diagnose, but both technician told me they cannot fix it. Wasted times on waiting for somebody to fix it. Numerous cancellations and no shows within 3 weeks, and they showed up they CANNOT fix it. You would think with all the bad reviews FRIGIIDAIRE or ELECTROLUX would start to care, but they DONT!!! I would give zero review if its available.

      My husband and I just built our forever home. The builder uses Frigidaire. We decided to upgrade to a $3500 microwave/oven double cabinet system. Within 4 months, a fuse blew within the microwave causing the motherboard to go bad. **************** wasn't available so after several days of trying to reach someone we finally got someone on chat. Our service was scheduled a week later, with an arrival time of 8am-5pm. The technician showed up at 5:45pm and was in an out in 30 seconds. He said it was the motherboard and that they'd have to order it. It's been several weeks with no update from him or Frigidaire. I called today to request an update. Technician says it is on backorder and no ETA. Tried calling Frigidaire, still no customer service available. ********************** owns the warranty service and they answer their line, but they will only help you if you're buying a warranty. Frigidaire wants you to spend more money with them but doesn't take care of their current customers. It's been over a month since our microwave and oven have gone out. We've had to throw away freezer-burned food, and we've had to cancel our EveryPlate subscription because we have no way to cook our food without an oven. I have never seen such a gross misuse of customer/client relationship in all my years. I know every brand has it's issues but this is by far the worst. I am livid that I have to even allot them 1 star when they clearly don't deserve it.

      We purchased a freezer in Nov2021. The ice maker had issues from the beginning. Called Feb-Mar2021. Frigidaire/Electrolux were short-staffed. Then parts not available. Then parts didn't fix the issue. We've had 8 repairmen here and none of them have fixed the issue. Of course now Electrolux is saying we are out of warranty and they will give us a 50% rebate on a new freezer. We have used it for less than 17 months! I'm very unhappy with how much time I've wasted on the phone and times to meet technicians at our house. No email also? It's 2023.
