1 starPurchased a deep freezer to start the year. Went out a few weeks later. Tossed right at a ******* dollars worth of food. Thought Frigidaire would do what was right and replace quickly. That is when i realized they did not care. I have had a technician out 5 times to work on unit. Still is not working 3 months later. I have called and discussed with multiple supervisors and even had one put in for a replacement, later to find out it was denied. I was told multiple times that they would reach out and let me know what was next but that call or email never came. I spents days worth of my time waiting for 1-2 hours at a time to talk with a customer service rep to find out what is going on. Fast forward until now and i am no closer to having my unit fixed or even know what is wrong with it. Do not waste your time or money on Frigidaire. They simply dont care about your issues with their product. Poor management and 0 customer appreciation. Absolutely stunned with how poor the customer service team is at dealing with issues.Review fromKevin N

1 starI purchased the appliance directly from Electrolux.com. The delivery was scheduled and I waited but it did not come. It was rescheduled to a different date. I waited and then AGAIN it did not come. Every time I had to call in to tell them what happened. Honoring a scheduled delivery date is something SO BASIC, but this company can not even keep up to it. 1 starBought a frigidaire refrigerator on 11/10/22. Ice maker broke end of 12/22. Nightmare with frigidaire customer service started 2/23. They sent out service tech who removed the icemaker. Told me I need a new part and it would be here on 2/13. On 2/13 no technician and no part. Called Fridigare they tried to get in contact with service company, unable to contact them said they would email them and get back to me. Made 10 calls chasing part. 10 times a different story. Finally got part, then was told I was waiting on another part. So I called 5 more times. Was told part was on back order, I stated if it's on back I should get a replacement. 3 calls later oh the part is not on back order. 2nd part arrives, Called ********* made appointment for tech to come out. Took off work, no technician. Called Fridigare, they said that I didn't have an appointment that day.( even though I have if confirmed on text messages with the company) talked to a supervisor at Fridigare. She made another appointment with repair technician, said if he didn't come out this time then she would replace refrigerator. March 27th, took off work, and the technician didn't come. Called Fridigare that day, customers wouldn't put me through to a supervisor and claims they didn't know the name of the supervisor I talked to before. After much complaining they gave me to someone claiming to be a manager. He said he would send a tech out, if tech said it wasn't repairable then he would replace it. Well march 30th my husband took off work, tech did show up. Worked on icemaker, called ********* customer tech support TOLD THEM ON SPEAKER PHONE IT WASN'T WORKING CAN'T GET IT TO WORK. I called Fridigare today 4/3 and talked to the same manager. He told me that the technician didn't follow some protocol so I couldn't get a replacement. Then said another tech will have to come out. Bottom line this company is worthless. Stay away!!! Worst company, worst company service!!!.Review fromChristopher H

1 starI purchased a two column fridge freezer set with the trim kit to connect them together. When purchasing from their authorized retailer ******************* it stated the the unit had a $1200 rebate. Went to file for rebate and only received $600 of the $1200. They said it fell outside of the rebate window and that they should not have paid the original $600. What a bait and switch, don't make your purchase based on the rebate, they will ******* you out of it.Review fromKait D

1 starI would give a zero star review if I could. I purchased a fridge 2 months ago. It had an internal leak upon delivery that we didnt notice for the first day because the fridge was slow to become cold. Once noticed we called, it took over a week for them to send out a technician, then they kept saying the technician wasnt telling them the fridge was broken & that he hadnt come to my house yet! I watched the technician call them. He sent them and me a copy of his notes. They then lied and said he never called or sent the notes. They called and spoke with the technician and confirmed that he said it was broke but said they didnt have it in writing so they needed that and now they just keep saying they dont have it on file. I have to explain the situation every time I call. Its like they dont even keep notes on the clients. It is impossible to get a supervisor or escalate the call. They just put you on hold for 20 min and the exact same person picks up. Im going on 2 months without a fridge. Ill never buy *********** again and I tell everyone I know not to. 1 starI bought this stove for my son when he purchased his house in April of 2021. IT HAS NEVER WORKED AND FRIGIDAIRE REFUSES TO FIX IT. 1 starPurchased at Lowes (Silver Spring Ocala) refrigerator Frigidaire ref GRFC2353a + warranty-$2,557. Delivered 3/1/23. 2 days later found frost around freezer seal,upper freezer basket & 1 door higher than other! Waited 20 min for associates in customer service had broken ************* disconnected. Called ************ washed their hands! Said they were only responsible for 48 hours! The delivery person should have noticed that one door is higher than the other, resulting in a gap on the bottom of the door where air is constantly escaping!!! Through chat I got appt for today. Said the repair person would be here from 8-5. Tried calling now to make sure they will come , the tracking only says scheduled after waiting for 30 min got disconnected! What kind of customer service Lowes and **********************/********************** has??? I bought a good refrigerator that is defective from day one, delivered 3/1 and for 27 days have been trying for someone to come! It does not seem that we are in *******, the greatest country in the world!!!Could someone please contact me!!! I am a 75 years old woman that cannot take these aggravations!!! 1 starFrench door ****** purchased 8-2022. Within 36 hours all produce froze, milk and eggs as well. Temp was set at the suggested 0/37. After several calls to CS, a repair got scheduled. Defective thermostat and damper. Before this could be repaired new Error code displayed which CS could not explain. Replaced this fridge with a new one, exact type, thinking I just got a lemon. The second one had its own unique problems. The water line kept jumping out of the dispensing channel making a mess. The only way to fix this was with Duct tape!!Duct tape on a brand new ******* fridge?Quality control does not exist with this company.Review fromDEANA P

1 starI tried contacting Frigidaire / Electrolux at the ***** number written inside the book that came with my washing machine. I was calling to inquire about a warranty that is clearly stated in the book. The customer service person, whose English was very hard to understand, proceeded to tell me that Frigidaire has no such thing as a 10 year warranty. I read for him, verbatim, about the particular sentence that referred to a portion of the machine that did, in fact, have a 10 year warranty. The representative just repeated again that they have no such thing as a 10-year warranty. When I pressed him, he put me on hold to try and "contact a supervisor" but came back and said the supervisor was unavailable......they had "....already gone home for the day." I highly doubt he even did anything. He told me he will send an email to confirm that they have no 10-year warranty and I could call back on Monday. I'm not going to call them back on Monday because I have no reason to believe I will be speaking with anyone with competency or acceptable customer service. I will call a local appliance repair company that I trust and have them come out to fix the problem. And although I have been a loyal Frigidaire customer for as long as I have purchased household appliances (over 20 years), never again will I purchase a Frigidaire appliance because of this experience. It's bad enough that they "don't make things like they used to" and appliances don't work as long as they used to anymore, but to top that off with horrible service and having a company essentially call me a liar when I'm reading directly from the book that came with the appliance is unacceptable.Review fromSue T.

1 starOn Feb. 27, 2023 we purchased an Electrolux washer Model # ELFW7637AW from the Canadian Appliance Source. The product arrived 4 days later. We were delighted that it came so quickly. It got delivered and installed. But when my husband turned it on, things went awry. The light inside only came on when it was first plugged in, but then it didn't come on again. Then there was an issue with the door. It would not "CLOSE". So the machine did not function at all. This is called DOA (Dead on Arrival). We immediately contacted Canadian Appliance Source, who said we must contact Electrolux directly! They told us that the manufacturer (Electrolux) is currently "servicing the unit" and it is protected under their warranty. The unit is only able to repair, replace or refund by the manufacturer under its warranty. After being given the run around, Electrolux finally had a repair person come 3 days later! They were here for 1 hour. He fixed the door, but determined that it needed a whole new control module part. This is a brand new machine. Apparently the part is not available in Canada and we were told it was on back order from the U.S.. And, to make matters worse, we must now wait at least another 10 days for it to arrive! With no guarantees that it would arrive then, nor would there be any tracking. Electrolux's warranty policy is to repair, replace or refund. Apparently their warranty says repair...they always want to repair! The part did arrive 8 days later and a repair person did replace the control module. He turned it on and it ran for 10 mins. He told us it was in perfect working order and left. Then my husband tried to do a load and the machine stopped working 5 mins. before the end of the cycle. We are now awaiting for another repair person!! What a scam. We will never purchase another product from Electrolux again. Consumers beware!!
