      Frigidaire employee cussed me out. Have it on video recording after he prank called me 10x. Called Frigidaire and Electrolux to resolve. They have treated me like I was a monster for complaining. **** told me after 4 days the employee no longer was contracted through Frigidaire. The way she worded it, seems like hes contracted through Electrolux. Horrific situation. Cannot believe they handled it the way they did. Eventually they offered to replace my stove top. But every interaction They try their hardest to shame and make me feel bad just like the first employee did. Attacked me as a woman, attacked my children calling them ugly, made fun of stretch marks (in which I dont have but many moms and women do) just horrific behavior for them to act like its Normal and its my fault. Victim shaming at its finest.I have a video of this phone call and let them listen to it. So they had to have heard it and still think its my fault.

      Horrible company to deal with. Absolute nightmare and products fail after 3-5 years of normal usage. I bought a Frigidaire refrigerator in late 2018 and it started not cooling in early 2022. In July we had an Electrolux service man come out and that is when the nightmare truly began. Our experience with Electrolux service:Appointment on 7/22 = no show first time; and two days off work due to that. The service man was nice, and reported that the entire fridge needed to be overhauled essentially and the cost would be $805. Due to high cost, we asked about when we could order parts and the technician informed us not to worry, he would put the part numbers into the notes and we could call back anytime in the next year and order them. Call back in February of 2023. - notes from first technician are not in the file. Due to this another technician had to come out and there was an additional 109 service fee. We were unhappy with having to pay this and talked with a manager *******************. After speaking with ***** the proposed solution was for them to discount the parts we needed to help offset the 109 we lost on the second service call and to make the difficulties 'right'. This sounded okay and we went forward with the repair. I wish we had not. The second call went fine. Ordering the parts was difficult and took additional time. When we called to have someone come install the parts, the first appointment for this was again a no show and resulted in 2 days being missed from work yet again. In the end we paid 768 (109x2 for two service calls; 250 for parts; and 300 in labor). the original quote was for 805. We received a $37 discount for two no show appointments, a technician misleading us and not doing what he said. Let's not forget this is on a refrigerator that cost well over $1000 and lasted 3.5 years. Which the service technician said was 'typical'. Save your money and buy a better product.

      DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!! (19.8-cu ft manual defrost chest freezer with temperature alarm (white) I can not stress this enough. I bought this Deep freezer in December of 2022. It took a week to get in, plugged it in and it did not cool. Waited 2 days, called them to say this freezer wasn't working. They sent a 3rd party warranty person out, he diagnosed the problem and said they would get the part in, in about a week. So I give it a week and a half, not part, it's on back order. They (frigidaire) told me to give it two weeks and they would have the part. So it's now beginning of Feb. 2023, guess what no part. I have called several times to get a new deep freezer sent out and to pick up the old one. They tell me it is a mandatory 60 day wait (to see if the part comes in) before they can issue a replacement. It's now March 10th, 2023 and no part has been provided. I called, again, to get a new frezzer sent out. We will see what happens, but for someone to pay $1000 for a frezzer that doesn't work and this company's refusal to fix the issue is ridiculous. Do not buy this product because if it doesn't work you're about to experience a few headaches!

      I bought a Frigidare refrigerator on Sept. 2021. I have had trouble with it ever since I bought it.I even bought the extended warranty . The first time I called was June 2022. I have had a service man come 6 times since I bought it. The ice maker didnt work, it had a recall and was replaced. The new one lasted about a month. I called and a service man was sent again. He said he ordered a new ice maker. Its been 2 months, I have called several times and get the run around every time. The other problem I have is that food freezes in the refrigerator part. Everything on different shelves freezes. I cant keep vegetables because they freeze. I had a service man come 4 times for that. He finally asked me if I had some duct tape!! He covered a vent with the tape. That didnt work either!! I cant get anyone who will do something about it. Our food still freezes!!

      Worst customer service of my life! The induction range I bought arrive damage, 3 months later its not fixed and now the stove top is not working. I've spent over 10 hours on the phone and had 2 technicians come to my house and I still can't cook food on my stove top. Between the gaslighting and abuse from the customer service rep and no answers of how to fix the problem. It's been a complete night mirror!

      Purchased a Frigidaire refrigerator on Jan. 17, 2023.. It worked fine for almost 5 weeks, then quit. I have spent MANY hours on the phone. Got one serviceperson to come look at it, but said he wasn't certified to work on this system. And the other 2 never called back. Can't get response from the company number. Never again, looks like we'll have to eat this one and get another model, have to have a refrigerator. I too would give 0 star if it was available.

      Worst customer service ever! I bought a fridgedaire electric stove in August 2022. After 2 months , 2nd week in October, the glass top exploded while I was cooking. I first called lowes , where I bought it, and was told that it wasnt theyre responsibility, so I was directed to call fridgedaire. The stove had a manufacturer warranty.I called immediately, and was told that someone would call me back to make arrangements to repair the stove After a couple weeks, I called back.Needless to say I have been calling twice a week for 5 months I was unable to use my stove at thanksgiving and Christmas It is now been 5 months and have a record of every call including whom I spoke with However, absolutely nothing has happened, Nothing. I am beyond frustrated so this is my last resort

      Never honored my warranty.. they needed a receipt from their repair man. He sent me a receipt and I gave it to them. They wanted a different type of receipt. Their repairman that they sent said that's the only kind of receipt he has. So it's been over a year. I won't ever buy from this brand again. The warranty must be rigged if they don't except their repairmans receipt.

      Scammers! I paid a deposit last week for someone to come out today to repair my fridge. When I called to see when someone was coming out I was told it would be another week. No one called to tell me anything. I cancelled because they are liars and disputed the charges.

      Pathetic customer service, no relief for a faulty product....a dishwasher that has NEVER worked. NINE repair visits and still no dishwasher. Hours of calls and on hold, faulty information, no relief. I would NEVER purchase a Frigidaire appliance again simply because of the lack of customer service. No consumer should be treated like this. I have never lodged a consumer complaint before, but this is ridiculous.
