      Reserved service put $80 down.One the day of the move, nobody showed spent hours calling every number I could find, no answer When I finally did get someone, I was told the provider canceled last second.They would not give us the provider name Spoke to ***** who said he would issue a refund right away for the deposit.Two weeks later, still no refund, I called and was told the refund was just requested less than a week ago and to allow time for it to process One month to the day of the failed service, I called and spoke to ****** who said ***** was too busy to talk today and he would make sure i was called the following day (that would be today)It's 4pm and still no call from anyone There's no excuse for it taking a month to get a deposit returned There's no excuse for the service not being given as agreed upon As far as I can see by the way they operate, the way they totally avoid you, and the way they hope if they stall long enough, you'll give up on the deposit...this is a scam company, possibly a shell company for a more nefarious enterprise.
