      Funds were taken out of my account immediately. Ordered 5/22 - listed as Now Arriving Sun, May 25 for over a week now. Contacted ***** who advised I needed to work with RackRoom because package was lost. 3 separate occasions, chat advised me to wait and gave me a date to check back. Its now 6/3 and hasnt moved. The package has been in my local ***** since 5/25. It apparently takes a week for a package to travel 20 mins? Finally got them to offer a refund but I have to wait 1-2 business days for the request and 7-10 business days days for funds scam company

      ALWAYS PAY CASH IF YOU WANT YOUR MONEY RIGHT AWAY WHEN RETURNING MERCHANDISE FROM THIS PLACE. IT SHOULD NEVER TAKE 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS TO RETURN BACK TO A DEBIT CARD (2 DAYS ***** CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!!!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!

      Will NEVER purchase from them again. So I bought a pair of shoes in ************, **. Ended up not liking them so went back and exchanged them. Later on after I got back home to IL I realized I didn't like the exchange either, and I didn't know there was no stores near me so I ended up paying almost $7 to ship them back. June 6th I spoke to a lady and she said within 1 to 3 days I'd get a response. I never did. I've chatted with a couple people and they keep saying the same thing, I'd get an email update but never do. It's been almost a month and I am still waiting on my refund! There is 0 excuse for that! Tracking shoes they got the shoes back May 29th, so why have I not got my refund??? My emails keep getting ignored to when I try to reach out. I will be calling after 1 more chat attempt. Their customer service ***** and isn't that friendly. Beyond ****** and they lost me as a customer forever. Do better!

      The WORST LOOKING ASSOCIATES I'VE EVER SEEN! It's a shame when you can't tell the employees from the customers. No name tags, rags on their heads, looking like their homeless, no manners, on their cellphones and one young woman had on ugly socks pulled over the bottom of her pants with beat up sneakers!!! I was offended by their appearance. Been in the store a couple of times in the last few weeks and different employees and all look like they just crawled from under a rock! One male employee wore his cap backwards! Terrible!

      Very disappointed.I've shopped at their store.near the border several years ago, only when my daughter is home and wants to go to that mall that is over an hour away when there's traffic.I ordered this time online and purchased 3 shoes, base off my size I wear. Out of 3 shoes, 2 fit and I kept, but 1 did.not fit. I returned them by fed ex and I should had not had to pay to return, this should had been on the company.I will not be ordering online from this store and unknown if I will ever shop at their border mall either, due to being disappointed.

      On 01/27/24 at the ***************************************************************, store #*** location I was followed out of the store by an employee and my picture was taken with her personal mobile phone. When I asked why my picture was being taken I was told she thought I had stolen a product from the front of the store. She then realized that what she thought was a stolen product was actually a flyer I'd been holding in my and throughout the time I was in the store. I requested the employee's manager's contact information and was provided the ***** customer care number. I've called both 01/27/24 and 02/01/24 and in both calls I was told I'd receive a call back. I'm yet to be contacted.

      I went to the ******************** store to buy a pair of shoes, I got them on a promoted sale in the store for $49.99 and since they had an offer buy one pair and the second one is half price I decided to take 2 pairs of shoes. When I went to pay the cashier told me that the price was $64.99 so I told her that on the rack where they were advertised for $49.99, I went to the area where the shoes were located and took the photo to show them that I was correct. The employee in charge of the store ************************************* seemed to be somewhat upset with the situation and she told me that she couldn't give me the special price even though it was advertised at that price and she removed the special price advertisement from the rack. At that moment I asked her how she could do that in such that manner and without caring about customer service. I asked her for the number of a supervisor, she wrote me the customer service number in a bad way and told me in a challenging way my name is ************************************* and the store number is 72. I thanked her for the bad treatment and lack of respect to the customer and I left the store. I came home upset about the situation and called the number she gave me and spoke to ****** from customer service who was very nice and asked me to stop by the store the next day and speak to the manager. It is incredible how companies treat the customer and try to attract the customer with misleading advertisements. As of today they have lost one client and if they continue with this practice they will lose many more.

      On Black Friday I purchased a pair of crocks in store and they didnt have my size, they said no problem we can ship you the correct size. To this day I have had nothing but problems. They sent me the wrong size shoe 3 TIMES! Its absolutely ridiculous. On top of that there is never a supervisor available to talk. Worse customer service experience I have ever had. Still currently waiting for a supervisor to call me Back. If I could give zero stars I would.

      This delivery experience has been horrible which includes ****** Rack Room didn't try to resolve the situation instead they said I had to wait through the 10 day process to request a refund then wait another 7+ days for a return. I will not order anything else from this company.I order shoes for my son. I was told it would be here 10/11 via text received. Then the text from ***** stated there was a problem with delivery. Called ***** and they stated I needed to contact the Shipper to have them make the change in my address or recipient's info. Rack Room needed to contact ***** is what was stated. Called Rack Room on 10/11 and they told me I have to wait until the shoes are redelivered and if not received the package had to be returned to Rack Room them a refund would take at least 7 + days. 10/12 shoes was supposed to come again and called ****** ***** stated they did not have a recipient's address. Rack Room did not put my name or address on the package. I debated with ***** Ex because that didn't make any sense. Then called Rack Room at least 2 times to get them to reach out to ****** They wouldn't do it and told me I have to either go through their refund process or reorder the shoes but have them delivered to another address. This was frustrating if Rack Room is going to use ***** Ex as their delivery company then both parties need to know what the return procedures are. ***** is saying have Rack Room call them and Rack Room is saying they don't do that. The consumer has to wait until the shoes are returned and a refund can be issued.I will give my business back to Finishline. I get my shoes delivered with them. This was frustrating and now I have to wait until after Oct 20 to call Rack Room to request a refund, then another 7+ days for the refund. Outrageous policies and not a great support or service for the consumer. WILL NOT ORDER ANYTHING ELSE FROM THEM. I DONT CARE HOW MUCH OF A SAVINGS IT IS. YOU CANT EVEN GET YOUR PRODUCT TO ENJOY IT.
