      I contacted SGI Transport INC and spoke with technician **** *. who quoted me the price of plugging my tire based on my location $99 plus tax would be $106 upon inspection of the tire. **** came about 45 mins later, took the tire off my car, inspected it and said it was a small hole in my tire and showed me a nail that he said he pulled out of my tire. He then plugged a part of my tire and said he would be back in 10 mins to put air in my tire. He took my tire to a local gas station and came back and assured me the job was done. Upon pulling off, I noticed my pressure at 39psi. Upon driving down the road, it swiftly went from 39 to 22. I called Mr. * and he said he must've missed a hole and would come to my address and resolve it. He finally arrived around 8:17pm, two hours later from when I called him. My tire was completely flat. He texted me that he pulled my tire off and the actual hole that was making the damage, could not be fixed and he didn't see it on his first inspection. He only noticed it once using soap and water on the tire, a technique that should've been done after the initial plug. He only offered me to purchase a tire from him and refused a refund and a discount on the purchase of a tire. He didn't take any accountability and stated even if he would've noticed that the tire was not fixable upon a thorough inspection, he would've charged me $106 just for driving to my car for the inspection. I am seeking my funds to be refunded because he cheated me out of my money because he just plugged a random hole in order to get funds. He would've noticed the air leaking after applying the air had he performed an inspection.

      Dear Better Business Bureau,

      I appreciate the opportunity to respond to the recent complaint regarding our tire inspection service. I want to clarify the circumstances surrounding this case.

      Upon inspecting the tire, I informed the customer that a replacement was necessary due to significant wear and tear. There was also visible damage to the sidewall. However, I saw no indication suggesting a hidden hole behind the lettering. It is essential to note that our services were rendered based on the inspection conducted.

      Furthermore, when a service call is made, a fee is due upon arrival, regardless of the outcome. The customer mentioned that she would not have agreed to pay if multiple holes had been discovered, which would have resulted in additional charges beyond the initial quote. This indicates a misunderstanding of our pricing structure, as we do not provide free tire inspections.

      While it is unfortunate that the customer is disappointed, we stand by the service provided and the fees associated with it. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
