****** ********* ****** and **** have all been so knowledgeable and helpful to us in our solar power journey. They have answered every question in detail. They have been super vigilant about upcoming activities and appointments. Top Tier, as a whole, has taken care of procuring every permit needed for this project. We haven't had to lift a finger or a phone through the whole project. They truely are Top Tier.Top Tier Solar Solutions, LLC

Extremely pushy sales team that was allowed into our house for a consultation. Told us multiple times that we were being unreasonable for wanting to do more independent research before signing an agreement. Kept stating that she was a solar expert and didnt understand why we would ever need to look into additional companies/options before making such a large investment. About 1.5hrs into the appointment we had not even seen the numbers yet, she was arguing with us, and I told her to leave the house. Unfortunately, she was training someone and I really hope he saw this as a way to NOT interact with potential customers. Highly unprofessional and would spend more money with another company if it meant not dealing with her again.Top Tier Solar Solutions, LLC

1 starThe way this company conduct business is not very professional! Number one, they are not consistent in the policies. They reimburse for relapse in service for just a few weeks on one occasion, but refuse to do the same during an extended lapse. My Solar system went out for about 4 months including the 3 weeks I had to wait for scheduling of maintenance. When I requested reimbursement for the down time they informed me that "I" should have been monitoring my system so that I could inform "them" that my system was not producing electricity. What if the ********************* worked that way? If a company is dependent on it's customers to invest in it's interests, would it be financially prudent to rely upon the customer to maintain that company's assets? I can not be the only consumer to think that it is the company's responsibility to monitor the service it provides to the public. Having said that; I think my only next course of action is to seek legal assistance in this matter. Has anyone else experienced this type of issue with Top Tier Solar?Review fromKaren S

Wonderful experience!!!! Very easy installation and company is always available for customer service issues. They have been very diligent walking thru the process. Definitely recommend Top Tier and so glad we decided to purchase solar panelsTop Tier Solar Solutions, LLC

I highly recommend Top Teir Solar solutions! They were amazing through our conversion to solar and answer every question we had with a positive attitude. They even offered a tax consultation to make sure we knew how to get the best tax credit for switching.Top Tier Solar Solutions, LLC
