Top Tier has made it so easy for me to start enjoying my solar system. They all work toward one goal and that was for my satisfaction of how simple it was to get my house on solar. I live in a fairly new community and the homes on my block were finished in the last 6 months or so. One afternoon a guy knocked on the door to talk about solar. I am already pro solar so it wasnt much of a sale needed for me. We had it in ** and I was told it is even better here in ** and more things have become favorable since we last had it. I told the guy to come back and see me after work, I work from home, and he did. We sat, got approved, and started the onboarding.The process has been very smooth so far and I have been kept in the loop the entire time. We are in the final phases and should be going live soon. Cant wait to start saving monies and eventually having one less bill to worry about.10/10 recommend this company if you are thinking about going solar!Top Tier Solar Solutions, LLC

i was told that the system they installed would cover my bill for electricity consumption. i would only pay the $16 connection fee and my finance fee. that was untrue and i believe they knew this. in may duke energy takes away (steals) the credits for all the extra electricity my system generates during the winter. i begin the summer with 0 credits for all the electicity which means that this system actually raises my yearly electric bill by $200 to $300.Top Tier Solar Solutions, LLC

However, as we explained to you via phone call in September 2024, the reasoning for the higher bill you received in July (which is the only high bill you claimed you received at the time due to your credits) because your usage - the amount of power you're consuming - went up by ***************************************************************************************************************************** the prior months. Additionally, we explained to you the expectations of solar operating over the course of the year rather than equally month by month. As such, we have not heard from you since September 2024, so assume that the problem resolved itself. Top Tier did an amazing job in our conversion to solar. They answered every question I could throw at them and made the whole process very simple. Even helped with a tax consultation to make sure we could get the federal credit. Highly recommend.Top Tier Solar Solutions, LLC

I didn't have any issues with Top Tier. Everyone was professional and was able to answer all of my many questions.
