I originally gave an excellent review based on quick friendly service. Now that ive gotten further into the process, my experience isn’t as good. The project manager blocked my communications when i started asking too many questions.The sales people are price gouging basing the prices on how much their customers are willing to pay per month to get maximum profits. On August 14, 2024, Ms. ******** met with a sales representative from Top Tier Solar Solutions, who presented her with a customized proposal for a solar panel system for her home. At the initial point of sale meeting with the representative, the representative used a power bill provided by Ms. ******** to build the system. To do so, the representative looked at the amount of power consumption listed on the bill to know how much consumption Ms. ******** uses in order to build a system that would produce enough to offset that consumption. Ms. ******** was then showed the proposal for the system, and she signed the contract with Top Tier Solar Solutions on that day, agreeing to move forward with a solar project as shown to her. The system was then installed on her roof per the proposal on August 19, 2024, and passed inspection on August 28, 2024. However, the customer is now refusing to activate her system and has refused since speaking with senior management on October 24, 2024. Due to her unwillingness to activate the system, the homeowner actually does not know how much power the system will produce because it has not yet been turned on due to her refusal. The customer claims that she attempted to cancel two weeks after the initial sale, however, that was already after her three-day right to recission, and further, after the system had already been installed on her property. As such, she was attempting to cancel outside of the permissible cancellation window. Further, we kept in constant communication with Ms. ******** throughout the entire process and have various call and text logs to prove that she was frequently communicated with. Top Tier has completely upheld our contractual obligation to this customer with the quick and efficient installation of the solar system for her home and payout for all adders and incentives. We will continue to comply with our contractual obligation by meeting production estimates as soon as Ms. ******** allows the system to be activated. By Ms. ******** refusing to activate the system and receive Permission to Operate, she is breaking her contractual obligation by not cooperating with all necessary processes to complete the system. While we apologize for any misunderstanding that may have occurred on Ms. ******** behalf, Top Tier Solar Solutions rejects any claim from her that we have not been transparent throughout her business dealings with our company.Review fromVincent D

Top Tier Sales folks were very friendly and helpful. I got my panels installed, new alarm systems with camera's. Just need to see the results on the Solar energy, So far so good. Not disappointed so far.Top Tier Solar Solutions, LLC

1 starI had a in-house consult with this Company and i found their sales pitch very pushy and misleading. The most disturbing is that this *** managed to access my credit info without my approval through what he called a "Soft Pull". Then went on to say that I will not qualify but ( after texting someone on his phone) stated that my would would most likely qualify. Then this *** produced Documents IN MY WIFE'S NAME and asked me to sign the document to access more details of the lease agreement. I ***eatedly told the *** that I DIDN'T want my wife to have no parts of the transaction. I found it suspicious that in order for me to see more information on the lease disclosure I had sign something . After over an hour and me finally declining the offer the ***** MANGER got on the phone (sounding like some out of shape guy that has been in his chair all day gaining weight) to try to move things forward.... The agent count not confidently explain the details of the lease and that what was concerning to me and the reason I chose not to go with the company. The sales agent finally tried to urge me to sign the contract (that was still in my wife's name) so he doesn't have to come back. The agent suggests i could just cancel it later if i chose after i talked to my wife who knew nothing about the solar consult of even was considering solar. My suggestion to this company would be to be more transparent in its sales pitch and do not ask for people to sign contracts for someone else that's not there for 1000s of dollars. - Full disclosure I was in the renewables business as well but no longer activeReview fromAshli C

1 starI want to caution anyone considering working with this company this team uses predatory sales practices. If anyone from this company comes to your door, be sure to do your OWN research BEFORE sitting down with their salespeople. I have a full review of my experience on ****** for their *******, ** location since I'm in **, but I'm leaving a summary of my experience in hopes this review can help other people avoid being taken advantage of by this company. I encourage people to read the BBB's current alert for this company - ************************************************************************************************************************************************************************** - salesperson had only general statements on how the process works and focused exclusively on how much I can save by switching to solar - not specific information on how the system works or how long this entire process works. If I asked for specific information, I was told that it'd be in my project proposal...which turns out to be signing a LOAN AGREEMENT. - salesperson and project manager both downplay the loan agreement that they pushed me to sign, saying that it's for the pre approval process / "It is not a contract just information for them to have on file" - unknown if this is gross incompetence of what they're pushing or deliberate attempt to mislead consumerReview fromEileen M
