Buyer Beware!! I had Top Tier install panels on my house June of 2022. They were turned on September of 2022. March 20th 2023 I had a house fire deemed from the Mecklenburg County Fire Investigator to be from my solar panels. I was put out of my house for six months for the repairs to be completed. I am still at odds with Top Tier on who should be paying for the solar panels. Top Tier is saying that squirrels chewed through my wiring and caused the fire. I am not sure how they know that, because they never came to investigate. I have spoken with two solar panel companies and they told me that they would have never installed such a system on a house, due to potential fire hazards. I live in a state where squirrels are everywhere and they failed to install "squirrel guard" as they called it. Luckily the only thing I lost was belongings. This company is responsible for a house fire and currently negatively affecting my credit score, because I wont keep paying for something that was destroyed in the house fire that their product caused.Top Tier Solar Solutions, LLC

****, To say that your complaint is false and factually inaccurate would be an understatement. As you know, your own homeowners insurance company did an independent investigation regarding the fire to your roof and found that it was NOT related in any way to any default of the solar system. In fact, it was Top Tiers owner who explained the findings issued by your homeowners insurance company to you as a courtesy since you did not understand them. Additionally, he even retained an additional attorney to assist you in reviewing your homeowners insurance policy to ensure you understood the policy in whole. According to the findings, your insurance company found that it was a rodent infestation in your roof that led to your house fire. And because it was not Top Tiers fault in any way, your homeowners insurance policy covered everything and issued you payment. When you spoke to the owner of Top Tier who was assisting you throughout this time, you lied to him and told him that the insurance company did not pay for anything related to the system. At your request, Top Tiers owner and you held a three-way call with your insurance company where they explained in explicit detail that you were, in fact, paid for the damage caused to your solar system. We have proof of your insurance findings and documentation between you and Top Tiers owner and General Counsel working together on this matter. You claiming in your review that Top Tier is responsible for the fire is completely libelous and defamatory.Review fromJane A
