I have no clue to what happen to my first review but here I am again.. To make a long story short. If you need assistance contact Princess in customer support she works off the clock around the clock shes going to make sure you get the best help. Also ask for ******* and ***** to be your service technician these gent will not leave your home until they get your system fixed.. These 3 are the best hands down.. TOP TIER need more like them ********* ******** ******* yall rock????

The process with Top Tier Solar was flawless from start to finish. The salesman **** was great and walked us through the whole process. Our project managers kept us up to date through the process. A special thank to **** for all her hard work! The installation crew from ********* was great! They did an amazing job as well as walking us through the next steps in the process. Bold face liars! The panels arent enough and weve had to pay an electric bill every month since weve had them for a year now. They told us that if we decided to move to another house, it would be $1500 to have the panels removed and installed on the new house. The biggest lie so far! $4400 to have them removed and reinstalled! This company should not be allowed to be be in business because of the number of lies they have told. They also Told us we would get a $200 gift card if we leave them a review on Better Business Bureau. A bribe to get good reviews.Top Tier Solar Solutions, LLC

However, our costs for the removal and re-install would be at cost which is what our representatives quoted you when you called in. 1 starMay 2023, agent came to my house, said I need 11 panels and will pay $133/month, ***************** $50/month. *** said the panels must be at the back. Panels installed, I started $133 payment in July 2023. 3months after, Duke ******************* up, around $170. I called, they couldn't provide answer, saying it is summer time, to wait until spring and duke will be $50. Spring time and ******************* up. I kept calling, the agents on the phone could not tell. **** said the issue is with Top tier because I am still pulling energy from them. Reminder, I used to pay no more than $170 to duke but since July 2023, I pay panels $133 plus Duke $170. January 2024, they sent a new agent. The company fired 10agents because they were just getting clients without properly doing the job. they just wanted their commission. The first agent was among them. New agent said I need 5 more panels because the 11 were not enough that is why ***************** was high. So my new bill $195, Duke $17.41. Later the agent came back said 5 panels will not fit at the back, they have to install battery in my garage to connect to the panels. I will pay panels $133, battery $90 and no Duke. Technician came on March 12th 2024 and said they have to install pipes, they will submit request to HOA. Since then, silence from them. *** said they did not receive a request. I called them multiple times and they always said they will call me back but nothing. I called one day asking for the project manager ******, and he told the agent he is about to go in a meeting, he will call me back. No call and I am sure there was no meeting. My husband and I called the agent 2x said he will call us back after checking, nothing. I called my bank to stop the drafts because paying $133 for almost a year for 11 panels that I am not using. I called GOODLEAP to tell them why they will not get any more payments. Now I got a lawyer who I am supposed to meet next week to press charges. I got everything documented. DO NOT EVER IN YOUR LIFE DEAL WITH *******Review fromTony M

Initially, everything went smoothly and there was a lot of contact. The solar panels have been installed, but theyre still not working. Lots of steps to complete. The installation have been missed. No one is reaching out to me to make sure the job is complete and my solar panels are functioning correctly.Top Tier Solar Solutions, LLC

*****, Upon receiving this review, your Customer Success Manager ****, contacted you immediately and explained the delays in your project that were occurring from the county inspector. This was immediately attended to as soon as we could and you received Permission to Operate from your utility company on May 3, 2024, and your system was successfully activated. In the last month and a half, your system has been producing as designed and functioning correctly as it should. Top Tier installed solar panels on my home in *********. The process was simple and easy. They were easy to communicate with and followed through on all their commitments. 2 starsI got the service and when they put them in they found a hole in the ceiling and ************************************************* I called them and they said someone was going to call me and I still haven't received any calls from anyone.
