I had rxo install my ******* order in March of this year order US005949677 my wife began noticing that all the clothes she was washing were getting badly damaged. I then discovered that the installer removed the water line off the washer to make a connection to the dryer. So instead of using a y connection with cold water to the dryer he installed two hot water lines directly to the washer and one cold to the dryer. I've been in direct contact with ******* about this and they keep referring me back to rxo as the installer. Your faulty install has caused 100s of dollars of damage to our clothes and burned up so much fuel oil heating all that water and possibly damaged our washer by connecting got water to the cold input. We have since had ******* cone and verify the issue and fix the connections but the damage is done and I'm not sure what to do. This is a gross mistake and misuse of trust on your part as the installer. Please find an attached photo of the incorrect hose routing. ******* case **********Business Response

I'd like to reopen this case nothing I've been told has been factual. As in on 12/14/23 I was assured through bbb messages that a check would be sent out in 5-7 business days which never happened and then the following I was told by rxo phone reps that a check was to be mailed out to me in 2-3 weeks which also did not happen. I have yet to be contacted by ****** in any other way then by responding through bbb complaint channels.

In January 2023 I had a refrigerator delivered from ******** RXO delivered the fridge and damaged my flooring. I filed a claim the same day and provided pictures. My assigned claims rep never called me back or communicated next steps. After calling several times and badgering the claims department, the rep advised me that my next step was to get a quote for the floor repairs. I emailed the quote and still didnt get a response. After badgering the claims **** multiple times again, I finally received an email update in July that said they offered me a 300 gift card and the claim was closed. Mind you no one has ever called me to offer it to me. I emailed the claims department to see if there was anything I needed to do. No response. I waited a month still no gift card. I called the customer service line multiple times since. No resolution. Here it is October, I have not received restitution for my damaged flooring. Every person I get is supposed to call me back with an update, mind you this has been 4-5 different reps since then and I have not received a call back yet! The reason the floor repairs are so cheap is because my floor had a 1 year warranty and they were only responsible for labor. My warranty is almost up and they will soon be responsible for the materials as well!Business Response

I have been waiting on this company to deliver my $4000 dollar transmission **** since oct. 9 2023. Its now Sunday 10/15/23. I have spent the last week talking to this company on the phone was told that Monday 10/16 was the earliest date for delivery. Later than i need it but ok. Now today i get a text saying that my delivery was attempted but no one was at the residence witch is a lie i was there. So i called the number, luie at the company is trying to tell me that my order was never scheduled and it will now be another week because they only drive the 1 and a half hours to my town every mon. I have written conversations with this company about my scheduled delivery on the 16th it was scheduled. I have been on the phone with rxo and the seller amazon at the same time the calls are recorded and i have proof of this scheduled delivery. Look maybe another week dosen't sound bad to some but from the original date of 10/9 to now 10/23 is a big deal as a business owner that needs this to complete work. I had to already go rent another one while i was waiting for mine on the 9th. That was 300 dollars additional to the 4 thousand already. I even offered to come and pick it up but one person says ok then the next person says no your not allowed to pick up. The next day the stories seem to change with this company not one person seems to know. They flat out lied about the delivery attempted today and flat out lied about it not being on the schedule. Its the worst experience i have ever had. I want my delivery to be delivered tomorrow on the 16th as promised.Business Response

RXO delivered a refrigerator I purchased from *******.com. The instructions from ******* clearly stated that if the refrigerator didn't fit the door, the delivery team need to remove the refrigerator door, move the refrigerator into the house, and then reinstall the door. The deliver team told me their boss doesn't allow them to remove the door, so they decided to move the refrigerator into my house as it is. The outcome was that my newly installed SPC floor, baseboard are damaged, newly purchased carpet are teared out, and the team dropped the refrigerator causing dent and chip on the door. ******* filed a claim to RXO on my behave, and I was given this XPO claim number ****** (RXO Tracking #RXONC70O2MUDCRLI23). All this was back on September 29. Now two weeks have passed, I still didn't hear anything from the company. I am rejecting this response because:
I was contacted by RXO today 10/19. After the first phone call, the rest of communication was done in text message. The agent says that the damages are too small for the insurance to cover, but he will help out on his end by sending a zelle (cash payment) directly. After another photo exchange, now, he's only willing to replace the rug at full price ($130), 5% damage of the refrigerator ($109), and baseboard damage ($50) = total $289. The flooring damage is ignore because the damage is not big enough for him to do anything. This is not acceptable to me because everything is brand new; and RXO damaged it. and saying the damage is not big enough for them to do compensation. How does this make any sense? You broke things, and you either fix it or compensate it. Not to mention that the baseboard damage and floor scratch also require labor work to fix it.
Here' the requested compensation break down:
- Rug: link $129.99 (Purchased on 9/5/2023) - ************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************

I'm still upset with how this claim was handled. I understand where Agent came from, however, the issue was that your employees refused to remove the refrigerator door (as instructed by ******** not sure what went wrong, but it's not something I need to handle or be responsible), causing refrigerator damage and my property damage. And using "not covered" by your insurance as an excuse to refuse address the damage to the floor. I was also rushed and decided not to spend more time on this matter (since I don't have time to deal with this on small claim court). I already received the $300 compensation; and now I have to either spend a few hundred dollar more now to fix the floor, or live with it. Again, the whole process was unreasonable and painful.
Timeline:
9/29: Filed claim and received confirmation saying that the claim is being handled (584191)
10/5: No update so I sent an email
10/6: Got reply from RXO saying the concern had been forwarded to the local team
10/11: still no reply, so I sent another email, and filed a BBB complaint
10/19: Agent finally reached out BUT tried to rush me to close the case (saying he has until EOD to close the case),See the attachment for the transcript of the communication.

I purchased a refrigerator from ******* with next day delivery on 10/9. Within the hour I was scheduled with the shipping company RXO to receive the order on 10/10 in a 4 hour window from 8am-12pm. I took the day off of work to be home for delivery. The next day came and I was notified via SMS at 8am that it was delayed. I called RXO and they said they couldn't deliver it that day and needed to be rescheduled for the next day. In the evening I was notified delivery would be the next day from 1:30pm-5:30pm. I took another day off of work for the next day. The next morning came and I got a call just before 8am from the driver asking if he could deliver early in the next 30 minutes. I agreed and when he showed up, my order was not on his truck. I called RXO to find out where my order was and after almost an hour on the phone with them and getting passed to 6 different people, I found out that they did not load my order on the truck. They said all of their trucks were out delivering and could not go back to pick up my order and that I would have to reschedule for the next day again. So now I have to take another day off of work to accept the delivery tomorrow. I told them my situation and all of the days I've taken off of work, but they insisted there was nothing they could do.Business Response

I ordered a Peloton bike. RXO was scheduled to deliver it between 3pm and 6pm on 10/6. RXO established the time window. Instead of coming during scheduled time of 3p-6p, they came around 1:30p and left. I found out out before 2pm, I spoke with 4-5 different people, trying to get the driver to come back, but they said it was marked undeliverable, and was being returned to the warehouse. ************************* ( a supervisor at the warehouse) spoke with me at length. He rescheduled the shipment for 10/13 3p-6p. He even stated that if there was any further issue, he would drive it down himself. However today I received an email and texts from RXO stating I needed to schedule delivery. When I called customer service, they said I was NOT scheduled for delivery and that the soonest delivery date available was now 10/20. RXO has now failed two deliveries and cost me 3 weeks. Ive heard of others having to wait up to 3 month for RXO to show up as scheduled. This is unacceptable. Twice in 3 weeks they have called us the day of the delivery to tell us that the truck has broken down and will not return to the depot to provide another truck. They have not followed delivery instructions on how to deliver the items due to size restrictions twice. They lied on another attempt that we were not home at the time of delivery. They did not contact us to say that they were 15 minutes away as per the company policy. They simply took a picture of the house from their truck and drove off. They continuously promise they will deliver and cancel appointments. To speak to a member of staff to understand the problem and find a solution is almost impossible. No-one seems to care about providing the goods to us that we have paid for.

RXO on the behalf of ****** online, delivered a washing machine to my house on october 4th. I needed to remove a door in order for it to fit in the basement, but while my back was turned they forged my signature on the delivery form and left. I now have a washing machine sitting in my kitchen, i have contacted them numerous times via phone and email to complete the installation and removal of my old unit which is an extra paid service. The machine that they left was visible scratched, and had evidence of being used. It was removed from the truck without a box. They also did not leave the supply hoses which i also paid for. When I call RXO they either hang up on me, or transfer me to the lowes customer support. I've spend over 6 hours on the Lowes customer support talking to 5 different agents to try and solve this. Unfortunately, all they are able to do is add a note to my file. I was informed that RXO will be delivery my replacement machine tomorrow, but no one can confirm if they are able to remove both the old machine, or if they will include the hoses they forgot the first time and are required for the install. I will never buy from Lowes online again, as long as they're using this company.Business Response

I ordered appliances in September, and the day of delivery the delivery men came to my home and told me they could not deliver my washer and dryer because the dryer was damaged. They didn't show me the damage, nor did they offer to install the washing machine. They simply left without further explanation. The company I bought the appliances from stated that RXO should have left the items, even damaged, so they could be returned properly. I had to REORDER appliances and wait for a refund on the original items. The now reordered appliances were supposed to come yesterday, but did not. I did not get any notification as to why. When speaking to customer service today they told me the earliest they can deliver is 10/11. I have been without a washer and dryer for weeks. The resolution specialist contacted the local facility and the best they can do is the 6th. I feel like there is some fraudulent practices with this company, as they never showed me the damage, and now having to reorder, delays etc. are unacceptable. I have contacted the company I ordered the appliances from, which is a major corporation. I hope they end their contract with RXO in the future. I feel like because I've had problems and many others have had as well that they should find someone else to work with. RXO has been a nightmare to work with.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because:THIS IS THE 2nd COMPLAINT I HAVE HAD TO FILE!!!!! I finally got my dryer delivered on 10/6, and the driver informed me that there was a s**** missing and could not properly install the dryer or it would void the warranty this delivery driver stated we would have to get a WHOLE NEW DRYER. SINCE THEN....I have had NOTHING but the runaround from RXO. No one knows what's going on. They scheduled a service call and the tech knew nothing about the s**** I have called SEVERAL times and have told them I need a s**** and the original warranty information the installer took with him. If we need a new dryer fine. But I cannot talk to the company based in ********* who supposedly is "WAITING FOR THE SCREW" I have a dryer in my basement that is just sitting there, and no one knows what is happening. I have called the company I bought it from and they said RXO would have to get the s**** from the warrenty company. Either install my dryer with the s**** that RXO has been "waiting for" OR, figure out a replacement. I honestly after placing the order back in September have had NOTHING but problems. Which is it RXO?? do we have to get a whole new dryer OR are you gonna get the s**** and install the dryer. CAN SOMEONE give a straight answer??? Finish the Job.
