      They called ahead and gave me time to plan and worked with me to keep the package a surprise for my husband for Fathers Day!

      Even though I got my chair on the date promise to be delivered. The issue I have is that I got conflicting ***** and emails saying that it had been attempted and that it would have to be rescheduled or you don't have my phone number. I got a little confused a little concerned that it wouldn't get delivered as promised. Somehow signals got crossed somewhere but thank you for delivering my chair.

      The gentleman that made the delivery provided excellent service. They were delayed at the entry gate because of a malfunction with the system, and they were very patient and kind on the phone even though they had many deliveries to make. They handled my merchandise with careful hands and placed it exactly where I asked them to place it. They were very professional and I highly recommend them for delivery for anyone.

      Order delivered in a very reasonable time. Was updated with all movement of order. Driver very personable and professional. Box opened to show undamaged product. Driver took pictures to document satisfactory delivery. Would recommend this company to anyone.

      If I could do 0 stars reviews I would! The delivery guys were extremely late. They rushed bringing the washer and dryer in, which caused damaged. After, they tried to install it, they damaged my sewer line and caused a whole flood!!!! They tested the washer and it was water ALL OVER MY BASEMENT. It damaged all of my personal belongings/flooring. It is f**** all over my floor from the sewer pipe. The delivery guys were ******* just to go home that they improperly installed my stuff!!!!! Still waiting to see if I can get some type of funds for the money I had to pay for a plumber/cleaning company. I will never used LOWES AGAIN

      The delivery was late by 2 hours and I never got a call letting me know they were 30 minutes away. Im waiting for a call when my husband says I think the trucks hear I hear a beeping noise. I was kind of mad about their lateness and no call but that didnt last long. The delivery guys were awesome. Very pleasant they apologized for being late and even helped my husband place the awning we bought down cellar. Thank you so much for the great service.
