I bought a truck from here . I was assured that I would not have any issues due to them being a commercial car dealership. As soon as I pulled off the lot , I noticed that the turn signal switch was loose. I adjust the clam shell around the steering wheel and it was fine . Within a couple of days , the left turn signal was loose. I looked it up on the internet and it informed me that it was my switch . I talked to **** he stated to come back there . The day was inconvenient because I could not drive all the way out to clinton and make it back to work in time . I ended up removing the claim to replace the piece myself . I ended up finding the reason why the switch was not stationary . The s**** mounds were broken and there was glue on the switch. **** gave a bs excuse that this must of been cause by the previous owner that did the trade in. But didnt he state at purchase that they wouldnt sell cars with issues due to being a commercial lot. which is a lie. it had been excuse after excuse and lie after lie. If I felt it loose, then why didnt a certified professional didnt or a sales professional. Being an African American woman, I feel like my issues are being ignored and I was taken advantage of. All of the photos are above . Blaming the previous customer for the trade in is not an excuse because as a commercial retailer it is your duty to make sure the truck is in working condition before reselling it . It seems like there was negligence because not having blinkers and windshield wipers is a hazard . Due to the negligence and excuses anything could of happened and it is the dealers duty to sell safe vehicles for the consumer. I only had the truck for a week
