      This vehicle was purchased at the end of January 2025. I have since had this vehicle back at the dealership more than 4 times for multiple reasons. Now that the season is warming up, the A/C is not working. The dealership began this relationship with broken promises by the sales person where the sales manager apologized for the misinformation at the time of sale. Long story short, Nissan of Clinton, Clinton, NC sold this vehicle prior to it being ready for sale. The repair department is a disappointment all alone. Just in the visits that I have been present for, many of the customers have the same complaints that they have to come back and forth for the same issue to be resolved and my girl that was with me also overheard the sales manager advise the shop manager that he didn't care what the issues are, they are just in the business of making money not spending it (when referencing a customer calling in after purchasing a vehicle from this location).

      I purchased some tires from ******* and went to Nissan of Clinton to get a wheel alignment completed within a year. I'm a loyal customer and goes for major of oil changes, tire rotation etc. I went to ******* to get an tire rotation and they denied it due to need a wheel alignment. As stated before I goes to Nissan of Clinton to get my oil changes etc. After many oil changes and tire rotation from them they never stated that another wheel alignment was needed to vehicle after receiving an oil change. Now that when I went to get a tire rotation from ******* because it's free due to purchasing tires from them. They denied my rotation due to wheel alignment and tires needs to be replaced. Remind you I goes to Nissan of Clinton to get the issue fix. They stated that they I will have to pay for another wheel alignment due to this and that. Remind you it has never been stated or written on my oil change paper that a wheel alignment is needed on car.I purchased my car from them in 2020 and not one time has wheel alignment has been mention to me until now. I need a wheel alignment and a replace of two rear end tires. I feel like they are responsible because if I go to for oil changes and tire rotation and you can tell me everything that's wrong with my car why couldn't they tell me that before it has got to this point. I'm a very loyal customer.

      We agree the customer has been a loyal service customer to ********************** as evidenced by the service history that is attached. However, her complaint is about having to replace two rear tires due to a wheel alignment on our part. If you will notice we have not done an alignment on the customer's car since July 26, 2022 when the car had ****** miles on it. The customer came to the dealership on 5/25/2023 for ** to check her front end alignment and her car has ****** miles on it. She has put ****** miles on the car since the alignment in July '22 and the vehicle has only been in the service department twice since that time. Also attached is a copy of a CarFax showing the vehicle was involved in a collision on December 16, 2022 indicating damage to the left rear which could in fact cause her vehicle to create wear on her rear tires. Nissan of Clinton sympathizes with the customer but cannot be responsible for her worn tires and will not replace them.
