    I purchased six flats, and there is fungus throughout the ******* grass. I called the main office and the person who answered the phone, the owner's daughter, was loud, obnoxious, nasty, and inconsiderate. She did not listen! The grass came with a fungus and turned brown within one week. I hired a specialist to verify the problem, and not only does it have a fungus, it also has weeds mixed throughout.I would not recommend this company to anyone. Poor quality grass and nasty, mean customer service. In fact, I am taking this to court immediately!********************

    This purchase was made by your mother *********************,  where she received the 1st delivery 5-11-23 who then purchased more the next day 5-12-23 that was delivered 5 days later 5-16-23 because she stated she did not have enough to finish her project. If the sod started to die immediately there was plenty of time to cancel the 2nd delivery and let ** know there was a problem with your 1st order of sod. Our policy clearly states on all receipts that customers have 24 hours from time of delivery/pick up to contact ** with problems or concerns and that we are not responsible for care the sod receives after the sale. We were not contacted by the purchaser, ********************* but by you on Tues via voicemail **** where your call was returned the next morning. This was more than 30 days after purchase.  We are unsure of the care of the lawn after we delivered it from the customer however, we are certain the sod was in tip top condition for *************** to pay and schedule a separate delivery 5 days after the delivery of the initial delivery. We are not responsible for fungus in your lawn for several reasons but especially because there was not a fungus in it when it received by your mother, nor do we have fungus present at our farm. In addition I have reviewed the recording of your phone call as we record phone calls for quality assurance from time to time (which is stated on our website) and the recording reveals other wise versus what is stated about your phone call in your statement.
