      Contacted Creedmoor Fuel to get price on old propane tank that has been in my back yard he would not give price would only give price on new tank that was quoted way higher than other companies by almost ******** he was informed to come and get his tank that I was going to go with another company he informed me he had 30 days. I put it in writing he had 30 days effective on 12/1/2023 that his tank would need to be removed by 12/20/2023 and that I would like to have my tank rental refunded. He informed me he would see what he could do he also told told me there would be a fee to remove the fuel in the tank, the tank is full after a conversations with the ********************** I was informed they can not charge for removal of the fuel in the tank that I should be refunded the full amount of the fuel. Today one of there employee's show up at my home unannounced and unplanned and it all on video, beating on my door, trespassing in my carport and tearing up my yard and driveway. This man beat so hard on my front door, the door came open and he was not addressed in a kind manner he did not identify himself and was taken for a robber by my roommate and could have been shot. What business does not tell a home owner they are going to be coming to there home? I do not want this racial man they sent to my home to ever return to my home again he language and body language should not be tolerated by no business no customer should have to tolerate this and again it is on video as well. I have all of this on video this male person then states to my roommate she is going to have to pay double but at no time was he stopped from doing his job after it was determined what he was there to do. This company is just looking for reasons to charge customers more. This company was contacted and so was the Manager ********************* and he would not answer his phone so a message was left when I called the main number you could hear him talking in the background all the while he knew it was me on the phone do to caller ID. The video will speak for itself in a court of law and so will the text between myself and the manager as well as my text messages. I want this company to come out and remove there tank and refund my money in a timely manner and leave my yard the way they found it before there visit on 12/6/2023. I prefer to only be contact by the owner of this company that manager ***** is not a person that can keep his cool when you are eliminating there services do to poor treatment and outlandish prices. I dont know what this company is going to try to charge in the end of all this mess I will be so glad when this is all over.

      ********************* and myself spoke about the tank removal with the rain and yard conditions. We agreed that she would let me know when she thought we could remove our tank. She called on January 3rd to let me know that the new company would be setting her new tank that day. We removed our tank on January 4th and her refund was issued on January 8th. She did email in regards to her tank rental fee. I explained that rental fees are billed in September and are based to the previous 12 months usage as we require one tank capacity per year to avoid rental fees. She only received 42 gallons the previous year. We cannot bill for the upcoming year as we have no usage to base rent on.

      I have a tank which needs to be moved. This is what I have been told by the company. They are extremely busy so it is super hard to get an appointment. The tank must be light in order to move it. I called to make sure we had enough fuel to get to the appointment, and was assured we did. We did not. They came out on the 21st and put in 50 gallons. It wasn't enough. I had to call back today (12/26). I was spoken to in an extremely aggressive, hostile manner by one of the high ups at the business. His name is *****. He always takes this type of tone with me but never to this level. It felt personal, and everything i get from his demeanor, and tone gives me concern about retaliation. I cannot imagine how he can hold the position he does, and think that he can speak to customers this way. This was my third attempt to comply with the plan to keep the tank low for moving. Employees of the business are ultimately responsible for the two trips out to put more in, as they estimated how much I would need. Two times they were wrong. I suppose it was just too much inconvenience somehow through a series of events that they miscalculated. I cannot gamble on a zero tank of heating fuel during a polar vortex, and now I am completely uncomfortable with the relationship to this business.
