    Date of transaction; 3/29/2023 Stopped to buy diesel fuel for my semi after fueling 50 gallons went to complete payment transaction with my EFS fuel card and after the teller swiped my card several times on their Trendar machine it would not process for payment. The teller told me I had to pay in cash or credit card only. I use my fuel card everyday at different locations at truck stops in **** and S.C. (T.A., Petro, Pilot, Circle ** ********* Etc.) Never had any problem at any other locations except this location and the Minuteman Food Mart @ ********** **** with similar problems. This problem has been going on for at least two years or more. They claim my card is worn out or invalid. I have changed with a new EFS fuel card two times and even with a new card their machine will not work. A lot of other truck drivers told me they have have the same problem and suggest to not do business there at all. At these two locations they go through new employees every week even store managers do not stay long. I mention that maybe their ******* machine is out of adjustment and they said no. They don't understand if their equipment is working proper they would get a lot more business.
