My basement had been leaking for years, and I had to pump it out regularly. Recently we had a big storm, and it leaked worse than it ever had. I was standing in inches of water and finally decided I was tired of the panic-pumping during storms. I got some estimates, but Dry Otter came in with the best bang for my buck. I also like that their office is about 15 minutes away from my home, and I know I'm paying for a quality service (and not expensive billboards and TV ads.)Every single member of their team that I encountered was professional, on time, responsive, and respectful of my home. The person who came out for the initial consult was communicative and addressed all my concerns. The admin/project team contacted me when they said they would to schedule the contractors and the installation. On install day, the team showed up on time, did an incredible job, and treated my home with the utmost respect. They cleaned up after themselves and left my basement much better than they found it. Even though they were jackhammering, they went out of their way not to disrupt my day as much as possible.It rained really hard last night, and for the first time since I moved into this home 3 years ago, I didn't have to worry about waking up to a huge mess in my basement. I know I've increased the value of my home as well as my usable square footage. I'm glad I chose Dry Otter, and I've already recommended them to my neighbor who is dealing with some of the same issues.10/10, would recommend.

My home was built in **** and has a crawl space. I talked with a couple companies regarding getting the crawl space encapsulated and to take care of mold remediation. After selecting Dry Otter for the project, I am happy to report that their service was outstanding. ******* was the lead technician on the project and Lorissa was the support at the office. ******* and the team showed up on time each day of the project and he did a get job communicating throughout the project. Each day I received pictures of the progress in the crawl space. They finished the project on time. The monitor shows the system is controlling the humidity in the crawl space, plus we see a significant reduction of humidity in the house. Bottom line, if you are considering having your crawl space encapsulated, I would recommend Dry Otter because of their service, professionalism and attention to detail. Remember to ask for ******* on the project. You will not be disappointed.Dry Otter Waterproofing, Inc.
