      I purchased a wall paper sample from Spoonflower. It arrived extremely pixelated. I sent a picture to the company and asked if this was standard or if it was a bad press run. They said it was printed correctly. They said designs are created by independent artists and they're unable to alter. I asked if their brand provided an initial review for quality control, they said no. What's most frustrating is that I can't leave a review to explain to others that they don't QC the designs they print. How wild is that? That's the whole point. Other brands that distribute work from independent artists have quality control built directly into their system.

      It looks like this purchase was made through our Etsy shop and in speaking with our designated team there, I see the order was a swatch purchase and the artist who created the design intended for it to mimic linen texture as an aesthetic choice. It is not a print error and intentional by design and printed as shown on the listing here: *******************************************************************************

      Spent over $500 on peel and stick wallpaper for my apartment only for it to start falling 2 months after application. Reached out to Spoonflower support and was told since I was beyond the 30 day window I wasnt entitled to a refund. Dont waste your money on the peel and stick!!!

      I am so sorry the wallpaper did not work for your project. As noted on our site, the Peel and Stick is a great wallpaper, but not designed for every type of surface. I see in the photo shared that the wall this was hung on is quite textured and unfortunately that will not work as a compatible surface. Additionally, we do have a 30-day policy for returns and exchanges as seen here: ********************************************************************************************

      Do not buy this Temu garbage. This is not a quality product. The fabric is cheap and scratchy, and the pattern isnt aligned correctly. I wouldnt wish this overpriced garbage on anyone. They wont let you return anything, the customer service is awful and the no returns policies are hidden from you until after you purchase. BUYER BE ****!!!! DO NOT PURCHASE!!

      Ordered 3 rolls of peel and stick wallpaper on August 01, 2024 and another 3 rolls on August 02, 2024. I received the items on August 09, 2024. Today August 13, 2024, I noticed that the same item is now 30% off. I inquired about returning the items since I have not installed the wallpaper or the difference (over $60) and was turned down. When I saw the website they said returns on most items for 30-days, but not for wallpaper, buyer be aware.
