    12/20/2022 I received this text. "Hello, this is ******. I own a local company that buys houses and we're going to add a few more in *************** the next month. Is this (my ex's first name)?"I asked the name of the company and he told me "TheProHomeBuyers."He did not answer my query as to how he got my information. My house is not nor has it been on the market, my ex has never had this number or paid for it in any way. This is incredibly invasive and I do not appreciate this tactic! I would never sell my house to a predatory company such as this. I would go to an accredited **** Estate agent, like a normal person.

    The Pro Home Buyers uses a third party marketing company to manage our marketing communications. We rely on their expertise and processes to ensure compliance with all requests to cease solicitation. Unfortunately, it appears that in the past, some of these requests were missed, leading to this complaint.

    Every effort has been made to ensure no further contacts will be made to the individuals referenced in the specific complaint and the affected individual's contact information has been removed from our marketing list.

    We are committed to maintaining high standards of customer service and transparency in our operations. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and are working to better our processes internally and with our external partners.
