    We had a sewage problem since November 4th of 2023. I have contacted PWC to resolve the issue, but was notified that it has to be fixed by our property management. After contacting our property manager, they have gone out and pumped the sewage, but the issue isnt resolved. Now they are saying that its HOA responsibility, but the issue isnt fixed. As far as I know, its a health hazard and it is impossible to work or be at the house. Today is December 15 and we still have this issue.

    Below is our response as the Property Management company


    To Whom It May ************************ hearing of the sewage issue at **************************************, we immediately dispatched a plumber to attempt immediate remedy. He was able to manually pump the septic to get temporary relief, on his evaluation, we discovered this to be an issue with the **** 


    This issue has yet to be resolved because it falls under the jurisdiction of the *********************** (***).


    Our ability to take additional action beyond the initial maintenance is limited without explicit authorization and funding from the **** I have personally visited the property and used the manual pump three seprate times in an effort to get the tenants relief until the *** is able to get this repaired properly. 


    We have been in constant communication with the ***, stressing the urgency of the issue and advocating for a prompt response. We are committed to ensuring that the *** understands the critical nature of this problem and takes the necessary steps to resolve it as quickly as possible.


    We regret the inconvenience and distress this has caused to the tenant and are fully committed to facilitating a resolution. We will continue to work closely with the *** to expedite a suitable solution and will keep all relevant parties informed of the progress.

    I am rejecting this response because: I do not pay rent or anything to the **** they are not doing anything to repair the issue, because its is an expensive fix so from my understanding they are trying to fix it for cheaper or not fix it at all. But at the end of the day my rent payment goes to cresfund Property management.
