    Order placed 9/30.. cc charged $56.51 Contacted business regarding shipping status via email. Email stated order shipped. Checked usps website order had not been received as of 10/7 status was the same as of 10/10. USPS has been making delivery. Business was dishonest regarding shipping status. I contacted business via social media inbox professionally several times no response. I saw owner was updating social media account to reflect trips being taken and baby showers being planned meanwhile they are ignoring my delivery request. I finally decided to post on the owner social media page regarding my delivery status and overall dissatisfaction of lack of customer service by their company. I followed up with a copy of the usps delivery status as evidence to her inbox and advised I had sent emails and contacted her husband the owner prior to finally having to post on her social media account publicly. She sent a threatening, disrespectful response stating my order was cancelled yet I have no refund and no delivery of products. This is the 2nd time I have had a shipping issue with this company. The 1st time the order was shipped incorrect and I was told I could not receive a refund due to COVID. It seems as though this is a scam where they keep your money and either ship incorrect product deliberately or don't ship at all and give you incorrect information deliberately.

    ********* ***** contacted my company on October 6th and was met with a response on this same day from our customer service agent, Jerald, regard*** our standard process*** and shipp*** time. To say there was no response, is inaccurate. Ms. ***** then decided to stalk both mine and my husbands personal social media pages. I would like to open by mention*** that my personal life has noth*** to do with this customer and the service she's received. I did not and currently do not feel safe by the actions of Ms. ***** and proceeded to block and disconnect myself and my company from her. On October 11th, a cancellation of her order was immediately processed and she was blocked via all social media accounts. The refund process*** time is determined through her bank and her money no longer rests with my company. To continue to stalk my company is a display of why we no longer wish to service Ms. *****. Any further action such as this will illicit myself and my husband to contact the authorities.

    This response is from one of the dishonest owners Daniel R****. Who sent a rude and threaten*** dm on social media after I waited patiently for my order. This was after her representative gave incorrect information . Once I realized after allow*** substantial time for delivery and receiv*** orders placed after this order I was behind intentionally misled. I sent messages to the co owner, her husband Rondel K*** regard*** delivery status with no response prior to be*** forced to publicly address the other owner. I opted out of respect for her condition, I went through the proper channels with her employee and then the other co owner. Bombd Aesthetics clearly did not display mutual respect by giv*** incorrect information, then ignor*** inquiries and finally not deliver*** product or refund. Mrs. R**** is only try*** unsuccessfully to defamate my character by be*** dishonest bc she was exposed for dishonest business practices. A customer can never stalk a business that debited their account, willfully gave incorrect information, did not ship product or issue refund. Never in the history of financial bank*** history does it take 10 days for a refund to be credited. I still to date don't have a refund or order. A refund was not issued. As far as be*** contacted by authorities on their behalf that is laughable especially given these circumstances in my favor. This business is questionable and I will never order from them again. I do want my refund or order shipped . It is now 21 days after the fact and I have neither. That is illegal.

    Our company will no longer entertain this falsified claim. A refund had been assessed and the order cancelled upon Ms. *****'s threaten*** behavior. If further clarification is needed regard*** her refund, she may contact her bank*** institution. Her money no longer rests with my company.

    As I stated before the claims are not falsified. I checked my bank when I posted these responses because the refund was not issued at the time I stated. I checked today and you recently issued the refund. I will never order from this fraudulent company and I will make sure I advise other customers of this horrible experience I encountered for the 2nd time. If you have no integrity you shouldn't run a business. You have to process and ship orders before you use customer money to go on trips and plan baby showers. Then have the audacity to get upset when many inquiries are sent that are either ignored, or intentionally given false information. The owner last names are R**** for a reason. They steal crumbs, then run when the light is shed on the debauchery of a business. I'm certain this business will not last when it is ran in this questionable manner. Rondel K*** R**** and his wife Danielle ***** R**** of disgraceful Bombd Aesthetics... it should be called R**** Motel because that is how the business is ran.
