    I placed an order of $567.79 from *************************** on June 18, 2022 for an ******* V1 Bottom Line Lip Kit (Order *********). The title for the product listing is “HT AUTOS BOTTOM LINE KIT - 18-21 WRX/STI” indicating that this product is for a WRX/STI with the model year of 2018 through 2021. The product description never specified a lip kit version, but the product listing exclusively advertises 10 different photos of the V1 lip kit. I wanted the V1 lip kit for my 2019 WRX, so I placed an order. For extra assurance, I added a note to my order stating: “I would like to confirm that this is the V1 Bottom Line Kit. If so, please continue with my order.” The order then processed and shipped, so I figured it must be the V1 kit.

    Despite the above, New Provisions Racing sent me the V3 kit. I reached out to customer service and described that they falsely advertised the V1 kit on their website and that they sent me the wrong kit. They responded, "there is no V1 kit for the 18-21 WRX/STI". To verify, I reached out to ******* and confirmed that their V1 kit does in fact fit a 2019 WRX. I relayed this information to New Provisions Racing and they did not respond.

    I followed up 2 more times asking if they understand that they sent me the wrong parts and that they're shipping a different product than they're advertising. New Provisions Racing stopped answering my emails and haven't offered any sort of support or help to rectify the issue. My last email stated that my next course of action would be to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, so here I am. The transcripts from my email conversation with New Provisions Racing is attached.

    Lastly, the product listing still wrongly shows photos of the V1 Bottom Line Lip Kit. I tried 4 times to leave a review on the incorrect product listing on the New Provisions Racing website to warn potential buyers that this product isn't what's being advertised, but New Provisions Racing refuses to post my review.
