***** was a great technician. He checked out my entire central air system to make sure he got to the root cause of the problem. He identified that my condensate line was clogged due to plants growing in there. He cleaned everything up and explained everything to me. Great job!

For better or worse i tend to be skeptical in nature, but i wanted to go out of my way here to give a big shout out to Modern Mechanical team for doing an incredible job. In particular, the service rep ***** that came to our home the first night for the assessment - he had stayed here quite late to evaluate things thoroughly, cleaning out drain clogs, testing sensors and evaluating the drip pan -- and right when he was about to pack up and leave (very late) i gave him a story about our other air conditioner - him leaving no stone unturned, he went back to double check our problematic system to make sure everything was accounted for and proceeded with the write-up. His manners were excellent, his explanations were on point and i felt he was an honest young man doing good work. This journey led to some of our subsequent appointments for load testing with ****** and billing details with ***** -- the whole crew is fantastic and i'm finally relieved to have such a critical part of my house infrastructure in the hands of a good crew.Modern Mechanical HVAC, LLC
