Modern mechanical has always done an outstanding job servicing our heating and air system. To start, they did an outstanding job removing our old system and installing a brand new ***** unit. I can always rest assure that Modern Mechanical will contact me when my service is due, keep me informed when the service technician will be coming and a time line of his arrival. The service technician performs a thorough job and cleans and shines all the units, checks all the filters in the house and checks all temps. The service technician, *****, was very professional, kind and curtious. Even my neighbor's use Modern Mechanical for their HVAC service.
I highly recommend this company.
